There are 4 types of homeless. The smallest group is the truly homeless that fell on hard times but will seek and find the help needed to get back on track. The second group is the mentally ill. These people really do need help, but they won’t get it unless they are institutionalized. Some may think it is mean, but the alternative is leaving then on the streets to wreak havoc. The third and largest group is the drug addicted and alcoholics. These people would also need to be institutionalized to get the help they need. They cannot function normally and cause to many problems in shelters due to their altered state. The 4th and also large group are those who choose to be homeless. They have no interest in a job. Leftists give them free money, food stamps, phones, tents, and allow them to camp where they please. They panhandle, shoplift, pickpocket, and are likely paid protesters. The money laundered thru homeless programs is obscene. All homeless people should be millionaires by now.
