Esposito, dire cosa è successo in quei giorni.

ammette chiaramente che non avrebbe voluto la condanna di Berlusconi,
non voleva firmare le motivazioni. Ma c’è stata una pressione da
colleghi e dall’alto. Il giudice, parlando con Silvio Berlusconi,
definisce ciò che è accaduto come una “grave ingiustizia”, di una
“vicenda guidata dall’alto”, di una sentenza emessa da un “plotone di
esecuzione” che non era la sezione destinata a celebrare il processo.
Esposito – ricordiamo – presiedeva la sezione feriale, quella chiamata a
sbrigare le urgenze estive. “Hanno fatto una porcheria, che senso ha
mandarla alla sezione feriale? Una questione così delicata…”, si sente
nell’audio.
Nelle intercettazioni ambientali consegnate alla
Corte di Strasburgo, il magistrato Franco definisce la sentenza di
condanna “una porcheria” perché “Berlusconi doveva essere “condannato a
priori. Il magistrato, quindi, ribadisce che se avesse saputo di “questo
plotone di esecuzione mi sarei dimesso, mi sarei dato malato. Non
volevo essere coinvolto in questa cosa”. Le parole sono chiare. Ma ora
c’è qualcosa in più.
Le tre testimonianze choc
Questa
sera, infatti, a Quarta Repubblica sono spuntate altri documenti-video
choc. Ma questa volta riguardano direttamente Antonio Esposito, il
presidente del collegio di Cassazione che nel 2013 condannò Berlusconi
in via definitiva. Si tratta di tre testimonianze raccolte dalla difesa
di Berlusconi negli anni scorsi con regolari indagini difensive e
consegnate a suo tempo alla Corte di Strasburgo.
Le testimonianze
sono di tre persone persone che lavoravano con diverse mansioni in un
hotel di Ischia dove Esposito andò in vacanza più volte, fra il 2007 e
il 2010. Quindi, anni prima della Cassazione e della “porcheria”. Nei
video mostrati in diretta da Nicola Porro – registrati durante
l’interrogatorio difensivo del 3 aprile 2014 – si vede come tutti e tre –
lo chef, il cameriere, l’addetto al bagno termale – raccontano come
Esposito fosse solito definire Berlusconi “una chiavica”, una fogna.
Epiteto confermato da tutti e tre i testi. E nel video mostrato a Quarta
Repubblica si vede (e sente) chiaramente. “Se mi capita, gli devo fare
un mazzo così a Berlusconi”, riferisce uno dei tre testimoni in merito a
quanto detto da Esposito in un’altra occasione. E un altro commenta
sempre nell’interrogatorio difensivo “Poi lo ha fatto davvero”.
Per
correttezza, spieghiamo anche che l’hotel in questione apparteneva a un
onorevole di Forza Italia. E a quanto sembra, Esposito ironizzava
(noncurante del contesto) sul partito del Cav con frasi del tipo “Come
si fa a stare con questi qua?”. Quindi, sembrava proprio essere convinto
delle sue parole…
La testimonianza di Antonio Manzo
Ma i
colpi di scena non finiscono qui. A Quarta Repubblica viene anche
mostrata la testimonianza di Antonio Manzo, all’epoca cronista de Il
Mattino. Il giornalista racconta che il giudice Antonio Esposito gli
concesse un’intervista esclusiva e proprio durante la chiacchierata gli
anticipò quelle che sarebbero state le motivazioni della sentenza. Una
sentenza che non era ancora stata scritta. “Non è troppo corretto”, dice
Manzo.
