Una delle grandi emergenze attuali – troppo spesso ignorata o sottaciuta – riguarda la sessualizzazione e ipersessualizzazione dei minori sui media, cioè quel fenomeno per cui la sessualità viene spesso imposta ai minori su internet o sugli altri media in modo indebito, oppure quando i minori vengono addirittura coinvolti in vicende sessuali pericolose e illecite (si pensi a fenomeni quali il revenge porn, l’adescamento o la pedopornografia).

Ciò è stato denunciato negli ultimi anni da molti organismi tra cui l’UNICEF, il Consiglio d’Europa e il Parlamento Europeo. I dati sono drammatici se pensiamo che più di un bambino su quattro tra gli 11 e i 16 anni, con un profilo sui social, ha sperimentato qualcosa di sconvolgente l’anno scorso. Ma, tra questi, soltanto uno su cinque ne ha parlato con qualcuno.

Per meglio affrontare tali sfide, Pro Vita & Famiglia ha dato vita alla campagna “Piccole Vittime Invisibili” contro la sessualizzazione dei minori sui media. Attualmente vi è una presenza impressionante di immagini a contenuto sessuale nei media sia tradizionali che digitali. Alcuni si riferiscono a “pornificazione” o “pedofilia corporativa” per descrivere il fenomeno della sessualizzazione dell’infanzia.

La campagna di Pro Vita & Famiglia è iniziata l’8 settembre 2021 con un convegno di presentazione presso il Senato della Repubblica, nella Sala “Caduti di Nassirya” dal titolo “Tuteliamoli in Rete. Bambini: le vittime invisibili dei nuovi media” e continua tuttora con numerosi eventi ed iniziative.

Per la campagna è stato realizzato un DocuFilm da Pro Vita & Famiglia sull’azione di Meter, la onlus di don Fortunato Di Noto che combatte la pedofilia e pedopornografia, anche con un numero verde per assistere i bambini in pericolo. Il DocuFilm, presentato per la prima volta a settembre 2021 continua ad essere riproposto in Rete, con una secondo rilancio a gennaio 2022. Sempre nel 2022, a marzo, è stato realizzato un vademecum sulle cause e i rimedi di questo problema, pensato proprio per aiutare genitori, insegnanti, catechisti e in generale chi è a contatto coi giovani. Il 19 gennaio, invece, un Webinar indirizzato ai genitori sui tempi dell’iper connessione e ipersessualizzazione, con la presenza dello scrittore Antonio Morra e della giornalista Costanza Miriano, moderato dal vicepresidente Jacopo Coghe.

Sempre a gennaio 2022 sarà invece pubblicato il libretto informativo sul tema, dal titolo “Iper-sessualizzazione dei giovani nel mondo digitale: manuale di sopravvivenza per i genitori” e la campagna proseguirà con numerosi spot e video esplicativi sui rischi e i rimedi all’ipersessualizzazione spiegati dai bambini.

Tra settembre e ottobre 2021, invece, una petizione lanciata da Pro Vita & Famiglia – che verrà riproposta a metà gennaio del 2022 – ha raccolto oltre 18mila firme ed è stata consegnata al ministro dello Sviluppo Economico Giancarlo Giorgetti e al Presidente dell’AGCOM Giacomo Lasorella per chiedere l’attuazione di un regolamento ad hoc (già votato dal Parlamento) per inserire più filtri contro i contenuti pericolosi per i minori.

Dal 13 settembre 2021, inoltre, Pro Vita & Famiglia ha lanciato una campagna di affissioni prima su Roma e Milano e successivamente nei principali capoluoghi italiani, mentre a ottobre 2021 si è svolto un primo Webinar sul tema con la partecipazione di Jacopo Coghe, Maurizio Belpietro, Vittorio Sgarbi, Simone Pillon, Don Fortunato Di Noto, Massimo Gandolfini, Antonio Morra e Miriam Incurvati.

La campagna di affissioni sta proseguendo in tutta Italia, nel dettaglio – a fine 2021 – in Trentino ed Emilia Romagna, in particolare nelle città di Ravenna, Bologna e Ferrara.

Secondo l’APA vi è sessualizzazione quando:

– Il valore di una persona deriva solo dal suo appeal o comportamento sessuale;

– Una persona viene confrontata con un standard che equipara l’attrazione fisica con l’essere sexy;

– Una persona viene sessualmente oggettificata;

– La sessualità è impropriamente imposta a una persona

Questo fenomeno produce gravi conseguenze dal punto di vista dei comportamenti sessuali (attività sessuale promiscua, prematura e senza responsabilità; atteggiamenti violenti legati alla sessualità; atteggiamenti di oggettificazione delle persone), oltre ad avere delle ricadute psicofisiche (dipendenze sessuali; comportamenti compulsivi; disordini alimentari; disordini legati all’immagine corporea, bassa autostima ecc.) e sociali (incapacità diffusa di instaurare legami affettivi autentici e duraturi; indebolimento ulteriore dell’istituto familiare, aumento della violenza su donne e bambini ecc.).

Possono inoltre implicare dei rischi per la sicurezza e l’integrità psicofisica del minore (esposizione alla pedofilia, all’adescamento o allo sfruttamento sessuale, coinvolgimento nella pedopornografia). Di qui la necessità di sviluppare una nuova consapevolezza nell’utilizzo dei media, in particolare dei media digitali.

questo è un insegnamento istruttivo di Provita&Famiglia. Come saprai, domenica 25 settembre si svolgeranno in Italia le elezioni politiche.

In ballo c’è il nuovo Parlamento e, quindi, il nuovo Governo. Sarà uno snodo cruciale, forse storico.

Non occorre che ti dica l’importanza di questo appuntamento per chi, come me e te, ha a cuore il Bene Comune.

Basta ricordare la marea di provvedimenti contro la vita, la famiglia e la libertà educativa che ha caratterizzato le ultime legislature.

L’approvazione delle unioni civili tra persone dello stesso sesso da parte del Governo Renzi (2016) ha inferto una grave ferita al matrimonio tra un uomo e una donna, poiché, di fatto, ne ricalca quasi del tutto la normativa giuridica.

Questo ha già portato e porterà ancor più in futuro, come diretta conseguenza, all’apertura da parte dei giudici a forme di adozione dei bambini da parte di due uomini e due donne, col rischio di sdoganare a breve l’aberrante pratica dell’utero in affitto.

Lo stesso Governo Renzi approvò poi la riforma della cosiddetta “Buona Scuola” (2017), che ha obbligato le scuole di ogni ordine e grado a inserire la “prospettiva di genere” nei loro piani formativi.

Sempre durante il Governo Renzi sono state approvate le ‘DAT’ (Dichiarazioni Anticipate di Trattamento, nel 2017), che hanno introdotto il principio eutanasico nel nostro ordinamento giuridico.

Nell’ultima legislatura (tutt’altro che “tecnica”), poi, abbiamo rischiato quanto mai prima.

Il Partito Democratico e il Movimento 5 Stelle hanno fatto di tutto per approvare 3 leggi che avrebbero colpito a morte i nostri valori:

Tramite il Disegno di Legge “Zan” si voleva silenziare e punire chiunque osasse dire che la famiglia è formata solo da un uomo e una donna, che i bambini hanno diritto a un papà e una mamma, che a scuola non si devono introdurre porcherie gender…
Tramite il Disegno di Legge “Bazoli” si voleva istituire il suicidio assistito tramite il Servizio Sanitario Nazionale, inducendo migliaia di malati, anziani, soli e depressi a farsi fuori col certificato dello Stato…
Infine, hanno tentato di approvare la legalizzazione della coltivazione a casa della cannabis, che avrebbe aumentato lo spaccio e il consumo a danno dei minori, già tragicamente invischiati nella rete delle dipendenze…
Che cosa ci aspetta nel prossimo futuro?

Dipende da come sarà composto il prossimo Parlamento, e quale Governo guiderà l’Italia.

Quindi, dipende da come andranno le prossime elezioni politiche del 25 settembre.

Per questo, ritengo che l’astensione non sia un’opzione sul tavolo. Dobbiamo andare a votare.

Bene, ma chi votare?

Non ti dirò mai, come mai ho fatto in passato, “vota per tizio” o “vota per caio”.

Non esiste un partito che ‘incarni’ in toto le nostre prerogative e le nostre battaglie.

Posso però dirti che i programmi del Partito Democratico, del Movimento 5 Stelle o del cosiddetto ‘terzo polo’ formato da Renzi e Calenda contengono elementi del tutto contrastanti con gli scopi di Pro Vita & Famiglia.

Il Partito Democratico, soprattutto, intende spingere con forza per facilitare l’aborto, distruggere il matrimonio aprendolo anche alle coppie dello stesso sesso (con adozioni annesse) e indottrinare i nostri figli a scuola con massicce dose di ideologia gender.
Per il Movimento 5 Stelle basti dire che ha candidato nelle sue fila gli esponenti del “Partito Gay” (si chiama proprio così). Ti faccio solo immaginare che cosa significhi in termini di programma elettorale…
Il tandem Renzi-Calenda, infine, ha inserito nel programma una legge “contro l’omofobia”, cioè una specie di Ddl Zan che ci impedirà di difendere il matrimonio tra un uomo e una donna e il diritto dei bambini ad avere una mamma e un papà.
Ricordati, tra l’altro, che Carlo Calenda prima di allearsi con Renzi aveva stretto un’alleanza solenne col partito di Emma Bonino, paladina di aborto, eutanasia e droga libera. Segno inconfutabile di quali siano le sue idee in ambito bioetico.

Chiarito quali partiti sono apertamente ostili ai nostri valori, la scelta su chi votare spetta a te, in coscienza.

Uscita dai trattati europei e ripresa della sovranità monetaria

ITALEXIT chiede l’immediata uscita dell’Italia dall’Unione Europea e dall’Euro, moneta

storia, tradizioni, esperienze. Secondo questa ideologia imposta dall’alto e spinta in tutti i

modi attraverso i mass media, con la finalità di influenzare il pensiero e la cultura delle

persone instillando false credenze, sensi di colpa e favorendo l’esclusione sociale di chi

non si adegua (vedi gestione pandemia), famiglie, nazioni e popoli finiscono per essere

centrifugati in una marmellata universale dai caratteri stabiliti dai potenti di turno.

No a tetti al contante, all’uso della moneta digitale e al blocco dei conti correnti

Il denaro contante garantisce libertà e autonomia nella spesa, senza che qualcuno

controlli tutto ciò che facciamo per profilarci e per inserire i nostri dati in qualche grande

database che ci trasforma tutti in numeri, oggetti disumanizzati. Vogliono farci credere di

contrastare l’evasione fiscale abolendo il contante, ma è una falsità: i grandi gruppi

finanziari evadono legalmente portando i loro profitti nei paradisi fiscali, pagando

percentuali di tasse irrisorie, e si tratta di cifre enormi. Con la scusa dell’evasione vogliono

innescare una guerra fra poveri mettendo una contro l’altra le categorie, i privati e i

commercianti contro i lavoratori pubblici: non dobbiamo cadere in questa trappola. La

moneta digitale consentirebbe una forma di controllo quasi assoluta sui cittadini e

potrebbe essere usata come una forma di ricatto verso chi dissente. E’ già successo: in

Canada, per silenziare la protesta dei camionisti, sono stati bloccati i loro conti e le loro

carte. Pensate al potere assoluto che avrebbe un governo in grado di impedirvi di

accedere ai vostri risparmi. Vogliamo il divieto di blocco sui conti correnti, salvo in

applicazione di misure preventive antimafia o in esecuzione di sentenze di condanna

passate in giudicato.

Meno tasse, rottamazione delle cartelle esattoriali degli ultimi due anni e no al

pignoramento della prima casa

Il sistema fiscale va semplificato, vanno diminuite le tasse alle imprese e agli

imprenditori creando un sistema più semplice, una burocrazia ridotta all’essenziale e

garantendo una più equa redistribuzione della ricchezza. Le cartelle fiscali inviate negli

ultimi 3 anni a chi ha sofferto enormemente a causa della pessima gestione della

pandemia vanno rottamate. Solo così si può dare respiro al sistema produttivo del Paese,

per una rinascita dell’economia reale. La casa è un bene primario e irrinunciabile garantito

dalla Costituzione: no ai pignoramenti delle prime case, no iscrizione ipoteca da parte

dell’Agenzia delle entrate e tutela del patrimonio immobiliare degli italiani oggi sotto

attacco.

Detrazione fiscale del reinvestimento degli utili per le imprese e degli

investimenti etici per i privati

Un’impresa che reinveste i propri utili non deve pagare le tasse su questi ultimi. Un

privato che investe in alcuni campi ritenuti meritevoli dallo Stato (cultura, scuola, salute,

supporto allo sport, risparmio energetico ecc…) deve poter detrarre dal reddito la totalità

dell’investimento e non pagare ulteriori tasse.

Stop alle multinazionali, si al rilancio della nostra economia

In un periodo di gravissima crisi sociale e finanziaria che attanaglia il Paese, ITALEXIT

attuerà politiche sociali ed economiche di sostegno a cittadini, imprese, commercianti,

ristoratori e di tutte le categorie penalizzate dagli aumenti delle bollette e dei costi primari.

Le multinazionali devono pagare le tasse in Italia, e con questi proventi finanzieremo

politiche espansive abbandonando una volta per tutte l’austerity imposta dall’Unione

Europea. Agiremo con tutti i mezzi a disposizione per evitare il fallimento di imprese e

famiglie messe in ginocchio dai rincari energetici e alimentari e dall’aumento

dell’inflazione.

Guerra all’elusione fiscale

Ormai troppe sono le società che pagano le tasse all’estero eludendo il fisco italiano.

ITALEXIT si impegna a modificare questo aspetto affinchè chi produce in Italia paghi le

tasse nel nostro Paese.

Controlli all’economia gestita da immigrati

ITALEXIT si impegna a modificare le attuali leggi in materia di controlli sia fiscali che di

aderenza dei prodotti alle normative interne.

Revisione delle regole del sistema bancario

Il sistema bancario va ripensato in modo da tornare a essere un volano per cittadini e

imprese e non uno strumento di vessazione: pensiamo solo alle nuove regole che hanno

trasformato milioni di italiani in “cattivi pagatori” anche per futili motivi, impedendo loro

l’accesso al credito, con enormi danni per i singoli e per le imprese.

Difesa del made in Italy

Basta con l’attacco spregiudicato ai prodotti italiani; su questo ITALEXIT non farà sconti

a nessuno intendendo difendere il patrimonio nazionale dei prodotti tipici italiani, culinari e

no. Verranno introdotte norme in difesa dei produttori italiani tese a favorire al massimo le

loro esportazioni all’estero e a impedire gli abusi della concorrenza sleale. Un’impresa che

reinveste i propri utili non deve pagare le tasse. Un privato che investe su alcuni campi

ritenuti dallo Stato meritevoli (cultura, scuola, salute, risparmio energetico, ecc…) deve

poter detrarre dal reddito la totalità dell’investimento.

Dilazione rottamazione e no interessi per le cartelle Equitalia

Affronteremo con la massima urgenza la questione delle cartelle Equitalia, che sta

portando alla chiusura di aziende con decenni di storia e che sta devastando intere zone

industriali. ITALEXIT chiederà un immediato aiuto per i piccoli imprenditori, innanzitutto

attraverso la possibilità di dilazionare nuovamente le rottamazioni. Ci batteremo anche

perché vengano tolti gli interessi a tutte le cartelle di Equitalia e Agenzia delle Entrate,

perché in caso contrario moltissime aziende saranno costrette a chiudere con enormi

danni per il tessuto produttivo del Paese, per i lavoratori e per l’occupazione.

Introduzione di una aliquota del 15% per chi produce made in Italy

Rilanceremo il Made in Italy, che va difeso e preservato in ogni sede, non come è

successo in questi anni in cui le politiche agricole, alimentari, distributive della Ue ci hanno

penalizzato pesantemente. Le multinazionali approfittano delle facilitazioni fiscali e

depredano le risorse messe a disposizione dei singoli Paesi dai piani europei, aprendo

sedi dove sanno di poter usufruire degli aiuti per poi chiuderle e trasferirsi dove ci sono

altre risorse da sfruttare. Emblematico il caso della Whirlpool in Italia. Applicheremo

un’aliquota fissa del 15% a chi produce Made in Italy, per garantire competitività ai nostri

imprenditori. Le risorse finanziarie ed economiche devono servire per dare nuova linfa

all’economia reale e ai settori che ci caratterizzano in tutto il mondo, a iniziare dal turismo

e dalla ristorazione.

Rilancio dell’agricoltura, pesca e turismo

Sostegno all’agricoltura, con una particolare attenzione alla produzione di cibo ad alto

valore nutritivo. Aiuti al settore della pesca, che va difeso sia dall’aumento dei costi

energetici, sia dalle regole penalizzanti introdotte recentemente da Bruxelles e che vanno

a colpire soprattutto gli operatori del settore in Italia.

No alle privatizzazioni e all’asta delle concessioni balneari

Diciamo stop alla svendita della nostra economia e dei nostri marchi più prestigiosi a

multinazionali e aziende straniere. No alle privatizzazioni e alla Bolkestein, no alla svendita

delle concessioni balneari ai grandi gruppi finanziari stranieri. Difesa di tutte le categorie e

stop alla colonizzazione del Paese da parte di multinazionali che nei diversi settori attuano

una concorrenza sleale e calpestano i diritti dei lavoratori, causando disoccupazione e un

crollo dei salari e dei guadagni.

Sviluppo del Turismo

Si stima che l’Italia abbia fra il 60 e il 75% del patrimonio artistico del mondo e detiene il

primo posto al mondo nel ranking dei siti Unesco con ben 58 siti di interesse. La Cina è al

secondo posto con 56 siti. Quindi noi, in una superficie grande quanto circa il 3% della

concentrato in Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige, Lombardia, Emilia-Romagna, Toscana e Lazio,

politiche basate sulla deflazione dei salari, sulla precarietà e sullo sfruttamento. I giovani

che si affacciano sul mondo del lavoro devono contare su un futuro di opportunità e di

realizzazione umana e professionale senza essere costretti a scappare all’estero. Politiche

di supporto all’imprenditoria giovanile e femminile. Basta con la politica dei bonus a

pioggia per fare contenti un po’ tutti. Ci vuole coraggio nello scegliere dove colpire ma

bisogna farlo con forza.

WELFARE

Da molti anni lo Stato ha dimenticato le persone che sono comunemente associate alle

fasce deboli, le loro famiglie e gli anziani. Gli anziani sono diventati vittime dell’Inps e

ostaggio delle RSA private che continuano a crescere e ad accumulare fortune. Le fasce

deboli e le loro famiglie sono invece lasciate alla gestione più o meno efficiente del

volontariato, scaricando su di loro le responsabilità e gli oneri.

Famiglie con ragazzi o adulti down, autistici o con sindromi particolarmente gravi: queste

categorie vanno aiutate e supportate quotidianamente con un intervento primario dell’ente

pubblico organizzando servizi di prossimità, erogati da persone professionalmente

preparate e disponibili durante tutto l’arco della giornata (anche di notte, laddove

necessario) e per 12 mesi all’anno. In questi casi molto spesso uno dei due genitori deve

sacrificarsi nella gestione del famigliare, abbandonando il lavoro e girovagando per le città

in cerca di associazioni che aiutino ad alleviare l’impegno.

Italexit per l’Italia propone (tematica in parte già affrontata anche nella sezione economia)

di partire da queste fasce deboli nella ristrutturazione della società, lo Stato italiano deve

erogare gratuitamente tutti i servizi necessari, sanità scuola, cultura sport, spettacolo,

attività ricreative, e compensare la perdita del lavoro del genitore con una forma di

sostentamento che tenga conto di ogni singola situazione, che generi anche la

contribuzione INPS, perché per i genitori che devono far fronte alle necessità di ragazzi o

adulti con forme di disabilità sono da equiparare al lavoro usurante con l’aggravante delle

spese normalmente enormemente più alte.

PENSIONI, ABOLIRE LA FORNERO. MINIME A 900 EURO

Aboliremo la legge Fornero, che costringe le persone a consumarsi sul posto di lavoro

fino a tarda età e blocca il mercato del lavoro per i più giovani. Limite massimo a 65 anni

per l’età pensionistica, con possibilità di anticipo per lavori usuranti o con 40 anni di

contributi versati senza né limite di età né penalizzazioni. Aumento delle pensioni minime

per pensionati a 900,00 €. In caso di mancato raggiungimento del limite contributivo (20

anni), nell’impossibilità di ricevere la pensione, dev’essere previsto per il contribuente o la

restituzione di quanto versato o un indennizzo proporzionale al relativo montante. Le

pensioni minime devono essere alzate a un livello dignitoso di almeno 900 euro.

PIU’ AUTONOMIA PER TERRITORI E REGIONI, REVISIONE DEL RDC

Riteniamo inderogabile favorire lo sviluppo delle forze vive del Paese anche attraverso

una maggiore autonomia e responsabilità delle Regioni, in particolare attraverso

l’applicazione dell’articolo 116 della Costituzione. Il Reddito di Cittadinanza 5Stelle non

aveva alcuna finalità se non raccogliere consenso elettorale. La nostra visione è

completamente diversa: trasformeremo il RdC in una misura che limiti il disagio sociale ma

che non si trasformi in una sorta di regalia per chi non vuole lavorare. Abbiamo a cuore chi

vive in condizioni di grave disagio, il drammatico aumento di famiglie in condizioni di

povertà è la conseguenza di trent’anni di politiche neoliberiste e non possiamo ignorarlo.

Ma nello stesso tempo l’RdC dev’essere una misura finalizzata alla creazione di posti di

lavoro reali. Chi riceve il reddito di cittadinanza dovrà sempre rendersi disponibile a

lavorare appena viene chiamato, anche con 24 ore di preavviso. Se rifiuterà 3 volte,

perderà per sempre il reddito, come avviene in altri Paesi europei.

NO ALLA GUERRA

No alla guerra, no all’invio di armi e a sanzioni. Si alla diplomazia

La fine della guerra non si ottiene inviando armi, ma attraverso la creazione di veri

tavoli diplomatici di confronto alla ricerca di una pace possibile con presupposti realistici.

un altro punto importante del nostro programma, così come lo stop all’immigrazione

clandestina.

Stop all’accoglienza a tutti i costi, No all’immigrazione selvaggia, rilancio delle

periferie

Siamo totalmente contrari alla teoria dell’accoglienza a tutti i costi, che crea solo una

massa di disperati senza prospettive ed è causa di sfruttamento soprattutto da parte delle

grandi organizzazioni malavitose e di un inevitabile aumento di insicurezza e criminalità.

Chi fa entrare immigrati per poi abbandonarli spingendoli fra le braccia della criminalità

organizzata o dei caporali non è un benefattore, è uno schiavista e un irresponsabile.

Questa situazione crea un aumento esponenziale della criminalità e rende le periferie

sempre più pericolose. Quindi no all’immigrazione selvaggia, no alle città lasciate in mano

alle baby gang, cura e rilancio delle periferie per troppo tempo abbandonate da politiche

miopi delle amministrazioni cittadine.

ITALEXIT PER UNA GIUSTIZIA CHE FUNZIONI

La giustizia, afflitta dai cronici problemi di lentezza e farraginosità, necessita di pochi,

mirati, interventi che consentano uno sblocco dei tempi processuali e una miglior aderenza

delle decisioni al comune senso di giustizia, così da evitare quello strappo tra cittadini e

magistrati che spesso è indice di un conflitto interno al Paese e di una distanza tra popolo

e istituzioni. Tali interventi debbono essere rivolti al processo civile, al processo penale, al

processo amministrativo e a quello tributario; anche il diritto sostanziale e notarile deve

essere modificato; negli ultimi anni per non dire decenni invece il dibattito politico si è

incentrato esclusivamente sulla riforma del processo penale. È importante invece che la

giustizia civile operi velocemente; la sua lentezza, infatti, è uno dei principali motivi per il

quale le imprese, straniere e no, limitano notevolmente i loro investimenti in Italia. La

giustizia è un settore chiave, quella chiave che fa accendere il motore economico e

sociale di un Paese. In primo piano ci saranno la lotta alle mafie, alle ecomafie e all’usura.

con un programma di assunzioni e di miglioramento dei salari. Va ricostruito un clima

scolastico serio e propositivo, va tutelata la figura dell’insegnante, vanno migliorati i

Insegniamo ai ragazzi a usare in modo vincente e corretto lo spirito di osservazione e

stimoliamo un recupero dello spirito critico. Attueremo immediate politiche di incentivi per

implementare la conoscenza delle tecnologie e dell’informatica, delle lingue e di tutti gli

strumenti indispensabili ai nostri ragazzi per entrare nel mondo del lavoro con le giuste

competenze. Siamo contrari all’introduzione di teorie gender nelle scuole, i nostri ragazzi

devono poter crescere in armonia e devono trovare la loro strada senza essere

bombardati da informazioni che diventano pericolose per il loro percorso di crescita

naturale e generano soltanto confusione. Aboliremo immediatamente il demenziale

obbligo di mascherine in classe, che oltretutto è dannoso per la salute dei nostri ragazzi, e

qualsiasi altra limitazione alla loro libertà. Incentivi statali per tutte le aziende che creino

asili nido all’interno delle loro strutture.

Prevenzione di violenze e bullismo tramite appositi corsi da inserire nelle scuole

dell’obbligo.

Giù le mani dai bambini: nuove regole per allontanamenti e servizi sociali

Se vogliamo curare la società, dobbiamo curare le famiglie e i bambini, che sono il

nostro futuro. Da qui le proposte urgenti per gridare, con più forza, “Giù le mani dei

bambini”: chiederemo la Modifica art. 403 sull’allontanamento dei minori e l’introduzione

della carta dei servizi, prevista dalla legge 328/2000. Introduzione di un deterrente penale

che scoraggi sia l’estromissione di uno dei genitori nella vita del figlio che la

strumentalizzazione del rapporto affettivo con i figli in detrimento di uno dei genitori.

Lottiamo per la bigenitorialità: il diritto dei figli di avere una mamma e un papà a pari

frequentazioni di entrambi rami parentali in termini di tempo e modalità. Misure preventive

contro le sottrazioni nazionali e internazionali di minorenni da parte di un genitore o di un

familiare. Una legge quadro Nazionale sulle strutture che accolgono minori e famiglie, con

sistema unificato di controllo sulle informazioni anagrafiche e chiara precisazione sul

progetto educativo del minore sulla durata e la motivazione dell’allontanamento giustificato

in modo tecnico. Controllo fiscale e sanitario delle strutture che accolgono i minori e le

famiglie. Sostegno finanziario e di supporto psicologico o psicopedagogico, alle famiglie

disfunzionali in difficoltà, senza passare per la mediazione delle cooperative e delle

comunità. L’interruzione immediata del “conflitto d’interesse” tra strutture di accoglienza ed

esperti che figurano nell’elenco dei periti presso i tribunali minorili. Potere più ampi e

operativi al garante per l’infanzia. Responsabilità civile e penali ai magistrati e Servizi

Sociali per gli allontanamenti ingiustificati che violano i diritti dei minori sanciti sia dalla

normativa interna che dai trattati e Convenzioni internazionali siglati dallo Stato.

Difesa delle fasce giovani dall’uso tossico dei Social Network

Investire sul benessere psicologico dei giovani è formare adulti sani e propositivi. Da

qui le proposte per la creazione di spazi per contrastare l’uso inappropriato dei social

network e le tematiche affini con programmi di prevenzione ai giovani in fascia scolastica.

Creazione di gruppi composti da adolescenti per la discussione delle loro problematiche e

proposte alternative per stimolare la comunicazione e la costruzione di reti relazionali nei

quartieri residenziali. Proposta di un quadro normativo per contrastare penalmente i reati

informatici.
