Rabbi Yitzchak Kaduri Passes Away in Jerusalem at 108
Arutz-7’s Ezra HaLevireports:
Elder Kabbalist Rabbi Yitzchak Kaduri passed away Saturday night at
Jerusalem’s Bikur Cholim Hospital. His funeral will take place Sunday at
noon.
Rav Kaduri, born in 1898, was 108 years old. He was hospitalized for 13 days prior to his death.
Rabbi
Kaduri’s funeral will set out at 12 PM Sunday from Jerusalem’s Nahalat
Yitzchak Yeshiva, which he headed. The Yeshiva is located in 19 David
Street in the capital’s Bucharian neighborhood. The procession will
continue until Har HaMenuchot.

Yehoshua Meiri, a student of Rabbi Kaduri, visited Rabbi Kaduri at his
hospital bedside two weeks ago with the Kabbalist’s grandson, Rabbi
Yossi Kaduri. Meiri reported that the elder Rabbi Kaduri told them, “The
time of Redemption has come.”
Rabbi Kaduri made Aliyah (moved
to Israel) in 1908. He then returned to Iraq to study with the famed Ben
Ish Chai, and later returned to the Holy Land in 1916. He studied in
Yeshivat Porat Yosef in the Old City of Jerusalem, and later in Yeshivat
Nachlat Yitzchak in Jerusalem’s Bucharian neighborhood. The Rabbi
quickly gained a reputation for his profound study of Torah law and
Kabbalah, piercing insights, and great piety.

Chief Rabbi Ovadia Yosef and the Council of Sages of the Shas Party
said, “We are mourning the passing of the elder kabbalist, the remnant

Yad L’Achim Want to Sue Missionary for Kaduri’s Messiah Claim

Yad L’Achim have turned to “Satan’s lawyer” Yoram Sheftel to claim that missionaries are the most anti-Semitic group active in the world. He should know, he defended the convicted Nazi war criminal John Demjanjuk in Israel, earning him the nickname ‘Satan’s lawyer‘ and ‘the most hated man in Israel.’ It seems like Sheftel is trying to over-compensate for that episode in his career!
Sheftel, acting on behalf of Yad L’Achim, has made this video nearly
six years later to seek to refute the claims that were made shortly
after Rav Kadouri’s (alt. spelling Kaduri) death in 2006, that he had
left a note with Messiah’s name on it, and that note indicated the name
was something close to Yeshua. However many Christians were not convinced
that the Messiah name note described Jesus either. The only surprise
here is that it has taken Yad L’Achim so long to deny that the note even
existed.

Obviously this was a massive embarrassment for the Kadouri family,
Yeshivah and the frum world. So six long years later it is really no
surprise at all that they are now claiming that the note did not even
exist when previously it was claimed the real answer is that it is a
forgery because it was impossible for the venerated Rabbi to believe
that. If the note was genuine there would be absolutely no way that they
would admit it. Now Yad L’Achim want to sue, seemingly, their spiritual
public enemy number one, Yacov Damkani, for reporting on the note, even though he did not originate the story and Yad L’Achim are not the ‘injured’ party.
Here
is what Yad L’Achim has to say, and according to their website founder
Avraham Bitkin in comments left on RPP, they do deliberately twist the
truth and include false information in their reports.
That missionaries have no limits to how low they’ll stoop
is nothing new to Yad L’Achim, which has been battling them for
decades. But their latest, despicable ploy is stunning in its audacity,
deceit and sacrilege.
The newest campaign features Yakov Damkani, a missionary and leader of
the “Messianic Jewry” movement in Israel, who describes Harav Yitzchak
Kadouri, zt”l, the elder of the mekubalim, as “one of the most prominent
rabbis in the country’s history.” Damkani then goes on to say that a
year after the Rav’s death, in 2006, “a note was found which he left for
his followers. In the note he wrote that the name of the mashiach is
J.”
In his farcical pitch, Damkani presents a forged noted from Rav Kadouri
with this “revelation” and adds that the Rav had met the mashiach in the
final year of his life and was exhorting people to follow in the ways
of J.
As expected, the spontaneous response among G-d-fearing Jews, especially
those who had any connection with the Rav, was to dismiss the claim as
utter nonsense. However, the missionaries aren’t aiming their poisonous
arrows at the Jews who know better; their target is ignorant Jews who
give credence to the claim that “one of the most prominent rabbis in the
country” was instructing them to join the “Messianic Jews.”
To protect these potential victims, Yad L’Achim this week launched a
counter campaign, discrediting the missionaries’ ridiculous claims. The
film presents each and every claim made by Damkani and refutes it with
powerful testimony from Rav Kadouri’s son and close disciples. Anyone
who sees this film can have no doubt that the original is a lie from
start to finish.
Featured in the Yad L’Achim film is the son of the elder of the
mekubalim, Harav David Kadouri, rabbis who were close to him, his senior
aides, and attorney Yoram Sheftel.Meanwhile, Yad L’Achim’s legal department is examining criminal
aspects of the case, including the possibility of filing a libel suit in
response to the false claims based on forged documents.
In a statement released this week, Yad L’Achim said: “We are familiar
with the lies of the missionaries and their agents. At the same time we
will not stand by idly and allow them to mislead innocent Jews. We will
continue to use every legitimate means to block them and foil their
spiritually destructive campaigns.”
My own opinion on all this is that it does not matter what Rabbi
Kaduri believed about the identity of Moshiach, all that matters is what
the Tanach says about how to know who Moshiach will be, not anyone
else.

How do we know that Messiah this Rabbi met was really Jesus?
Why only write the name down on paper? Why tell that people to wait a

Prophecy states from the Rabbi; he stated that the Messiah
would return to the Jewish people shortly after Airel sharon’s death
.This would not have anything to do with the Rapture that is about to
take place because he isnt returning to Earth & No one sees him but
the Bride of Christ that meets him in the air.So,his death is in
response to the 2nd coming not the Rapture.The Jewish people dont see
him the moment of the rapture.They see him when he sets foot back on
Earth @ the end of the Trib.·

I found out today as of 1-28-13 that Ariel Sharon has had
brain activity today, I don’t know if it means anything, but also Rabbi
Kaduri died on Jan 28th 2006! I just thought this was weird. Paul
Begley34 sent me a video about Ariel Sharon!·
