“Siamo di fronte a una situazione gravissima e una crisi drammatica potremmo arrivare a un punto di non ritorno se non si ferma l’escalation”, afferma non a caso il presidente della Commissione Ue, Josè Manuel Barroso, dopo il faccia a faccia con il presidente ucraino Petro Poroshenko, che oggi parteciperà ai lavori del Consiglio Europeo straordinario. “Tuttavia crediamo che ci sia sempre tempo per trovare una soluzione”.
Un aereo da combattimento ucraino Su-25 è stato intanto abbattuto nell’est dell’Ucraina dopo essere stato colpito da un sistema antiaereo russo. Lo ha annunciato oggi lo stato maggiore ucraino che, senza precisare il luogo dell’attacco, aggiunge che il pilota è riuscito a lanciarsi con il paracadute. Quando l’on. Berlusconi propone di tagliare le tasse, non si rende conto che le tasse si pagano in moneta e che la moneta pur essendo una unità di misura ha la caratteristica della certezza numerica del suo ammontare, ma non del suo “valore”. Mentre l’espressione numerica della moneta è rigida, il suo valore è una variante che non consente certezze di previsione. Così, ad esempio, se ho una diminuzione del prelievo fiscale del 2% ed un aumento del potere d’acquisto della moneta del 4%, il prelievo fiscale non diminuisce, ma aumenta del 2%.
È sintomatico il fatto che le banche abbiano aumentato notevolmente i costi dei servizi bancari per rendere più rara la moneta nelle tasche della collettività con l’evidente scopo di prevenire la “minaccia berlusconiana”. A seguito di questa manovra finanziaria, il contribuente si vede esposto al rischio di pagare meno tasse come espressione numerica del loro ammontare, ma di pagarne il doppio come “valore”, cioè come “potere d’acquisto”.
Quando la moneta era d’oro, cioè proprietà del portatore, la collettività non correva questo rischio perché la banca non poteva regolarne la liquidità in quanto non la poteva emetterla prestandola (per signoraggio).
Ecco perché, per risolvere il problema, bisogna togliere alle banche centrali la proprietà della moneta all’atto dell’emissione e restituirla alle collettività nazionali attivando il quarto potere costituzionale della sovranità monetaria.
Dichiarata la moneta proprietà dei cittadini, lo Stato deve trattenere all’origine, all’atto dell’emissione, quanto necessario per esigenze fiscali di pubblica utilità. In tal modo il prelievo fiscale non va ridotto, ma abolito.

Nel ricordo di un amico di Antonio Pimpini
L’Auriti giurista è noto negli ambienti universitari per gli studi, le ricerche e le pubblicazioni accademiche, ma la sua notorietà si diffuse anche a chi non ne era partecipe di tale mondo, poiché, a seguito dell’esperimento scientifico in Guardiagrele dei SIMEC (SIMboli EConometrici di costo nullo di VALORE INDOTTO), la sua teoria sulla PROPRIETÀ POPOLARE DELLA MONETA si diffuse in tutto il mondo.
Egli non fu mai né conformista né omologato, con severo spirito critico, innanzi tutto con se stesso, poneva sempre a verifica le sue affermazioni, discutendo con tutti in modo sereno e pronto a recepire novità, anche se il suo dialogo si interrompeva bruscamente al cospetto di un interlocutore animato da compromesso o mala fede. Questo grande merito lo rese atipico anche negli ambienti universitari, in quanto non scriveva per il gusto di aumentare la sua bibliografia a soli fini statistici, ma per affermare principi nuovi o evoluzioni di precedenti idee. Il suo insegnamento fu una vera e propria missione, si divertiva e godeva nel poter formare giovani studenti allo spirito critico (la sua frase all’inizio di ogni corso di lezioni era “Voi avete il dovere di conoscere quanto i professori vi insegnano, ma non dovete necessariamente crederci”.
Anche se le cronache giornalistiche lo conobbero diffusamente solo con l’esperimento dei SIMEC di Guardiagrele, il suo percorso professionale risale agli anni 50 allorché divenne assistente presso la Cattedra di Diritto della Navigazione dell’Università La Sapienza di Roma e percorse tutti i successivi gradi sino a divenire professore associato e, quindi, ordinario di diritto della navigazione. Fu, inoltre, uno dei fondatori della D’Annunzio e, in particolare, della Facoltà di Giurisprudenza di Teramo. Qui il suo pensiero, grazie alla reggenza – prima – della cattedra di diritto internazionale e poi all’ordinariato in quella di teoria generale del diritto, potette finalmente svolgersi nella più assoluta libertà ed iniziò il periodo della più bella e fantastica utopia.
La sua Fede Cattolica e la sua formazione culturale, lo spinsero sempre a cercare di attuare il diritto sociale della Chiesa e in ciò l’incontro con l’allora Cardinale Ratzinger (ora Papa Benedetto XVI) fu folgorante. Si conobbero nella prolusione all’anno accademico nel 1987 a Chieti e, nel 1989, a Teramo, in occasione del 100° anniversario della Rerum Novarum, quando il prof. Auriti organizzò una conferenza sulla PROPRIETÀ POPOLARE della MONETA come attuazione del principio del tutti proprietari espresso dall’Enciclica. Infine, si rivedero a Rieti, in occasione di un convegno al quale furono entrambi invitati. La reciproca simpatia e affetto ebbero la loro massima dimostrazione proprio nella partecipazione all’incontro di Teramo, sicuramente coraggioso per l’allora Porporato destinato a divenire Sommo Pontefice, in quanto non vennero mai nascoste le diffidenze verso i grandi centri finanziari e, in particolare, verso il sistema della banche centrali.
In ogni convegno l’unico modo per contrastare le argomentazioni del prof. Auriti era quello di ritenere la sua idea un’utopia, senza sapere che, in campo scientifico, un’affermazione di tal fatta è ben lungi dell’essere negativa. E il tempo gli ha dato e continuerà a dargli ragione.
Il prof. Auriti ha vinto la sua guerra contro il demone dell’usura nel momento in cui ha esternato l’idea della proprietà popolare della moneta! Il tempo e il modo in cui tale principio verrà attuato appartiene al Sovrannaturale, né può divenire motivo di preoccupazione, d’altro canto il recente dibattito sulle prerogative e poteri della banca centrale ne è la dimostrazione piena.
Ma il mio ricordo vuole essere rivolto, oggi, ai giorni di estrema goliardia e di sana convivialità che mi hanno arricchito in un modo così grande da farmi ritenere, a giusta ragione, molto più facoltoso di tanti che lo sono solo dal punto di vista meramente materiale. E ciò anche perché lui avrebbe voluto vedere coloro i quali nutrirono sentimento di affetto nei suoi confronti sempre sorridenti e sereni, mai tristi, perché la sua non è una scomparsa ma un semplice trapasso da una vita ad un’altra, nella certezza che, nel Paradiso, non potrà certamente incontrare i suoi detrattori né coloro che, per il bene comune, ha sempre combattuto….

Nigeria ragazze di Chibok usate come kamikaze?
Sintesi l’escalation di attacchi e colonizzazione in atto nel nord della Nigeria continua senza sosta. Voci non confermate dicono che i Boko Haram starebbero utilizzando per gli attentati suicida alcune delle ragazze rapite a Chibok. Facciamo il punto riportandovi solo i più recenti attentati. La comunità cristiana del nord-est del paese è allo stremo.
L’escalation di attacchi e vera e propria colonizzazione in atto nel nord della Nigeria continua senza sosta. L’avanzata dei Boko Haram ha subito un’ulteriore accelerazione, denotando la complessità della strategia del terrore in atto. Solo ieri, mentre svariati attacchi venivano eseguiti a Damaturu (capitale dello stato di Yobe), 2 attentatori suicida si facevano esplodere in un mercato affollato di Maiduguri (capitale dello stato di Borno) a quanto pare sarebbero state 2 ragazze a farsi esplodere, uccidendo almeno 6 persone e ferendone 40. Voci non confermate circolano circa il fatto che i Boko Haram starebbero utilizzando per gli attentati suicida proprio alcune delle ragazze rapite a Chibok, ma ripetiamo non ne abbiamo conferma ciò che rimane, concreto e reale, è che le famiglie di queste povere ragazze aggiungono dolore a dolore ricevendo queste notizie non sicure.
Un attentato simile aveva ucciso 78 persone qualche giorno prima (il 25 novembre), mentre in scontri di questi giorni, almeno 30 miliziani dei Boko Haram sarebbero stati uccisi dalle forze governative. Nel frattempo il gruppo terroristico sta letteralmente conquistando alcune città nel sud dello stato di Borno, autoproclamando il califfato. Dalle città sotto assedio giungono informazioni frammentate; in alcuni casi le forze governative hanno la meglio, ma in molti altri no. A Shani (Borno) dozzine di persone sono state uccise dai terroristi a cavallo di motociclette, i quali hanno dato alle fiamme case e un paio di edifici pubblici. Hanno poi fatto il giro del mondo le immagini dell’attentato alla moschea centrale di Kano, il cui leader islamico si era più volte espresso contro le follie dei Boko Haram le decine e decine di morti (anche bambini) rappresentano un nuovo fronte della strategia di questi terroristi.
Purtroppo la lista potrebbe continuare lunghissima solo prendendo in considerazione il mese appena concluso di novembre. La Nigeria, se nel sud a maggioranza cristiana vive una relativa pace, nel nord si vede sconvolta da questa follia colonizzatrice dei Boko Haram e, purtroppo, dei tanti sostenitori e approfittatori che gravitano attorno a questo movimento islamico. Il governo non riesce ad arginare la sua avanzata. I cristiani sono uno degli obiettivi primari e sempre più martiri si aggiungono alla memoria di questo paese.
