Libano. Migliaia di nuovi profughi. Nessuna speranza che questi profughi
possano mai tornare a casa. Possono solo aumentare. Padre Nader è
l’unico soccorso per i cristiani che, vivono nella striscia di Siria a
ridosso del confine. Ha salvato un bambino nel dicembre del 2012, unico
sopravvissuto di una famiglia sterminata in una casa cui era stato
appiccato il fuoco. Il bambino ha le gambe ustionate e porterà
nell’anima cicatrici ancora più gravi ma è vivo. Padre Nader è stato
aggredito, è caduto in un agguato. La sua comunità ha ricevuto la falsa
notizia di un gruppo di cristiani bloccati alla frontiera.

trappola. Ora ha un braccio spaccato, l’uomo che lo accompagna è stato
ferito all’addome e beni preziosi, denaro, la vecchia auto e il computer
sono stati perduti. Non solo altre migliaia di profughi cristiani si
stanno riversando, accolti e soccorsi dagli esilissimi mezzi della
Chiesa Cattolica Libanese. Un altro frutto avvelenato della primavera
araba. Ci spiegano che tutto questo è colpa nel colonialismo
occidentale, chi la fa l’aspetti, e queste simpatiche guerre intestine
sono una fase passeggera. Ci vuole pazienza. Qualche anno e poi la
democrazia nascerà bella come la luce.

creato in Europa attraverso un’elaborazione filosofica, politica e

appartenere al popolo, che per definizione non vale nulla, ma deve
appartenere a Dio, non possono esistere nell’islam, non si possono

destabilizzare una dittatura, o una semidittatura, in terra islamica
bisogna pensarci molto, perché il rischio di sprofondare tutto in una
paurosa guerra civile è molto alto. E in ogni guerra civile per
definizione i primi a essere attaccati saranno le minoranze, in primis
quelle ebraiche e cristiane. Gli comunità ebraiche nei paesi islamici
sono state annientate, ridotte a niente, mediante pulizie etniche
definitive e persecuzioni nella seconda metà del secolo scorso. Ora è la
