I nostri media solitamente raccontano di una rivolta pacifica della popolazione siriana, che sta diventando sempre più sanguinosa perché viene soppressa dal regime, inoltre proclamano che la comunità internazionale dovrebbe esercitare maggiore pressione sul regime, rendere più incisivo l’aiuto all’opposizione per fermare lo spargimento di sangue, e premere perché la Russia e la Cina rinuncino al loro sostegno a questo regime sanguinario. Questa opinione generale, confezionata in mezze verità e bugie intere, non solo mette in pericolo di vita, chi, sulla base di ciò che realmente accade in Siria, lotta per la preservazione di questo paese, ma suscita anche lo spargimento di sangue. Abbiamo accolto I rifugiati specialmente nella zona di Damasco, ma anche in Qâra e nel nostro monastero. E l’aspettativa di vita della popolazione siriana è salita da 56 (nel 1970) a 72 anni (nel 2006). Chi ha interesse per l’attuale distruzione del paese? Il grande inquisitore dei Fratelli Musulmani Muhammad Al Ryad Shaqfa ha chiamato dagli Emirati Arabi Uniti e Yemen tutti i musulmani al 14/02/2011, per combattere contro la Siria. Ha gridato per un intervento militare dall’esterno. Dalla canonica al Qâra, da aprile 2011, si vedeva partire un gruppo di giovani ogni venerdì sera diretti dalla Moschea (era un tempio pagano, successivamente la St. Nicholas’ Church) a manifestare contro il governo e il Presidente, su un richiamo condotto da sconosciuti. Ci sono alcuni video nei quali essi erano pagati da Al Jazeera, dice il sacerdote che li conosceva. E come facinorosi nei nostri villaggi in realtà nessuno voleva davvero sostenerli, così questo gruppo non è stato supportato da nessuno nel villaggio. Tuttavia questo gruppo è cresciuto. Esso è cresciuto con incendio criminale e armato di violenza. Il Sacerdote è stato perquisito e derubato da uomini mascherati con un accento strano da cui con difficoltà è riuscito a sfuggire a uno strangolamento. Se la popolazione di Aleppo, ha detto il locale arcivescovo Jeanbart, nell’agosto 2012 non avesse opposto energica resistenza contro queste bande armate e non avesse aiutato l’esercito, la città sarebbe stata occupata già dopo un giorno. Tutto questo non ha nulla a che fare con una “rivolta popolare pacifica”. Chi è l’ “opposizione”? Fin dall’inizio ci sono stati molti gruppi di opposizione con i loro leader. CNCCD (Comité National de Coordination pour le Changement Démocratique) è il più antico e molto diviso. Vuole la caduta del governo ma nessun intervento straniero. Il gruppo di opposizione più moderato contiene il Partito Nazionale Siriano, l’ iniziativa curda, il Partito Comunista siriano e vari altri. Vogliono un dialogo con il governo e declinano qualsiasi intervento straniero radicalmente. Il terzo è il gruppo di opposizione estera di CNS (Conseil National Syrien), dominata dai Fratelli Musulmani (da Washington, Londra, Bruxelles). Questi estremisti religiosi rifiutano dialogo e riforme democratiche e chiedono un jihad armata in Siria per riportare l’islamismo rigoroso. Il CNS si atteggia a rappresentante ufficiale della Siria ma in realtà è una vergogna per la popolazione. Esso gode del sostegno di America, Inghilterra, Francia, Turchia, le milizie libanesi, Giordania e, naturalmente, Arabia Saudita e Qatar. All’interno e al di fuori di questi gruppi operano bande sempre più criminali che sfruttano la crescente insicurezza della loro battaglia. Gli aerei della NATO il 26/11/11 hanno trasferito al confine settentrionale con la Siria (in Eskandarun, Turchia) a Damasco Abdel Hakim Belhadj, il ‘macellaio’ di Baghdad e Tripoli, insieme ad un battaglione di 700 combattenti libici (Al-Qaeda) per aggiungere alla sua squadra attuale. Come regalo di Natale, ha ottenuto una massa di armi, rubate da depositi di Gheddafi. Due giorni prima di Natale è già iniziato un attacco a Damasco: più di 50 morti e più di 200 feriti. Nel frattempo, fa anche i nostri servizi di sicurezza di Stato belga sono preoccupati perché ora si scopre che i fondamentalisti musulmani dal nostro paese sono al lato di Al-Qaeda nella lotta contro la Siria! In breve, il pacifico tubare di colombe di pace “all’opposizione”, è soffocato dagli orrori inenarrabili delle bande criminali che seminano il terrore ovunque. I giovani sono delusi perché potenze straniere dettano il loro ordine del giorno. I nazionalisti hanno stati truffati perché i gruppi armati li soverchiano con la loro pretesa di un intervento militare straniero. I musulmani moderati sono stati truffati perché i salafiti e i fondamentalisti vogliono stabilire una dittatura totalitaria che è molto peggio di quanto il governo siriano sia mai stato. E i cittadini comuni sono delusi perché sono vittime di bande armate ovunque, contro le quali non sono protetti. “Il regime siriano” è da tempo caduto Il 26 febbraio 2012 si è svolto un referendum su una nuova costituzione. L “opposizione” con il sostegno dell’Occidente ha fatto di tutto per screditare e boicottare questo referendum. In Yabroed , scatole con le schede di voto sono state distrutte. Ha voluto d’ora in poi pregare ogni giorno che Assad riesca a tenere perché gli abomini che egli nella sua famiglia di “opposizione” avevano sperimentato erano molto peggiori del “regime siriano”. Un appello per la conservazione della Siria e l’attuale governo non implica alcuna approvazione dei suoi misfatti, corruzione, errori o crimini. È la evidenza che non esiste alcuna alternativa accettabile che non porta nessun abominio irrevocabile. Dobbiamo anche riconoscere che la popolazione siriana stessa può e deve andare, a modo suo, verso le riforme. Questo è il significato originale di ‘democrazia’: un popolo che cerca da se stesso di garantire la parità di trattamento tra tutti i suoi cittadini. ” La Russia agisce per il proprio interesse” Solitamente non abbiamo molta fiducia nell’orso russo e nel drago cinese e i sermoni di tuono dall’Impero persiano ci non danno nessuna pace. E la Russia giudica la schizofrenia dei media e della politica occidentali. I paesi che più forniscono armi e aiuti ai ribelli e alle bande criminali sono quelli che urlano più forte che si deve fermare lo spargimento di sangue e che l’esercito regolare deve fermarsi! La Russia dice che non le potenze straniere, ma la gente deve essere in grado di decidere il suo governo. Hillary Clinton al secondo veto della Russia ha chiamato l’atteggiamento della Russia ‘orribile’, così ha detto, “perché pensa solo a interessi personali e non è, come loro, interessato alla libertà del popolo siriano. Come l’Arabia Saudita e Qatar potrebbero davvero aiutare la Siria nella sua crescita verso il democrazia? o quello che vogliono è stabilire il loro islam dittatoriale in questo paese, il più laico del mondo arabo? Naturalmente, si può menzionare che in Arabia Saudita esemplari di frode elettorale non si mai sono verificati, ma è necessario anche aggiungere che neppure le elezioni sono possibili! L’Occidente si sente ancora ugulamente chiamato al supporto di questo abominio, dopo la distruzione del paese, per raccogliere una quota nella distribuzione del potere in questo “Nuovo Medio Oriente”? Mussalaha o riconciliazione Nella grande regione di Qalamoun tra Damasco e Homs (dove viviamo) alla fine di luglio 2012, Mussalaha o riconciliazione è stato accettata da tutte le parti. “Avversari” hanno deposto le armi e i prigionieri che non hanno le mani sporche di sangue sono stati lasciati liberi. QUESTO è il desiderio della maggioranza silenziosa del popolo siriano. I cristiani giocano qui un ruolo speciale per diversi motivi. Sono la popolazione indigena, che hanno in gran parte contribuito al ‘Rinascimento Arabo’ e più della loro parte portano ora nella sofferenza. Infine i loro sforzi non sono in alcun modo finalizzati al raggiungimento di qualche potere nel governo. Così i cristiani sono i più vulnerabili, ma anche il maggior fattore portatore della pace in Siria. Il 27 luglio 2012 il Patriarca melchita greco-cattolico Gregorios III Laham ha rivolto una chiamata al dialogo, di pace e di riconciliazione o di mussalaha. La grande minaccia in Siria nel frattempo è l’anarchia e la totale mancanza di sicurezza in così tanti attacchi casuali. Non c’è in realtà una guerra, c’è più diffuso banditismo. Più ulteriormente ha indicato l’origine del male nel mondo arabo, vale a dire la divisione e in particolare nel conflitto israelo-palestinese: “il conflitto israelo-palestinese è il fondamento e la causa prima della parte più grande del male, la crisi e la guerra nel mondo arabo”. Le potenze straniere per fermare il popolo siriano hanno dato sanzioni da strangolare le persone. Ogni quattro ore, da mesi abbiamo interruzione di energia, anche in inverno. Un grande coltivatore di albicocche in Qousseir inviava precedentemente frutta eccellente in un contenitore per gli Stati del Golfo che pagava bene. Ora egli non può pagare neanche i raccoglitori perché è crollato il mercato domestico. Quasi tutte il commercio si trova paralizzato (a parte i commercio internazionale di armi che sta vivendo tempi d’oro). E naturalmente il fiorente settore del turismo è stato già azzerato. È questa libertà e democrazia, che l’Occidente vuole darci? Ritiri dalla Siria i suoi uomini inviati dall’estero, armi e supporto all’ “opposizione”. Allora si concluderà anche lo spargimento di sangue. La popolazione siriana è abbastanza matura per scegliere il proprio cammino per le riforme necessarie, in una tradizione di tolleranza come ha dimostrato per decenni. Dovranno Stati Uniti, Nato, Europa, Arabia Saudita e Qatar venire a destabilizzare questo paese con i suoi decenni di relativa stabilità, pace, prosperità e grande tolleranza , per incontrare il “Nuovo Medio Oriente” di Hillary? La maggioranza silenziosa del popolo siriano desidera LA PACE, la pace e la riconciliazione. Tutto il resto è manipolazione e menzogna. Di questo desiderio di vivere attraverso tutto nella tolleranza reciproca con l’altro si esprime la vera grandezza del popolo siriano. E qui noi riconosciamo come cristiani, in ultima analisi, l’opera dello Spirito di Gesù che dice: “Se il Figlio vi farà liberi, sarete veramente liberi” (Giovanni 8, 36). Non sono un sedicente specialista del Medio Oriente, ma un sacerdote ordinario norbertino della Abbazia premonstratense Postelse. Prima della crisi ci sono stati molti visitatori da casa e dall’estero, soprattutto giovani. La costruzione venne iniziata per accogliere gli ospiti in un grande centro, le cui attività sono ora silenziose e che ora è stato aperto ai rifugiati per essere ricevuti nella misura possibile.

enorme, di
una dispotica padronanza dell’economia in mano di pochi, e questi
sovente
neppure proprietari, ma solo depositari e amministratori del capitale,
di cui
essi però dispongono a loro grado e piacimento.
