Aggiungendo che l’unico scopo dell’embargo economico imposto da occidente e Stati Uniti con la partecipazione di alcuni paesi arabi come l’Arabia Saudita è di fare in modo che i servizi umanitari non raggiungano i cittadini siriani.

Egli ha sottolineato che i paesi occidentali stanno assediando il popolo siriano e che alcuni paesi arabi tra cui l’Arabia Saudita stanno prendendo parte a questo assedio aggiungendo che il governo turco ha giocato un ruolo distruttivo consentendo a terroristi provenienti da 83 paesi di entrare in Siria e commettere crimini in essa.

Mikdad ha detto che Stati Uniti Francia Turchia e Arabia Saudita hanno fornito armi ai gruppi terroristici per uccidere il popolo siriano invece di inviare assistenza per aiutarlo.

Il Vice Ministro ha detto che il governo siriano ha l’impegno di fornire vaccini antipolio a tutti i bambini in Siria ovunque siano.

Egli ha sottolineato che gli Stati Uniti e i suoi alleati stanno portando avanti una campagna di ipocrisia e di disinformazione contro la Siria ma il popolo siriano e l’esercito sono in piedi e continueranno a combattere il terrorismo fino a quando verrà ripristinata la stabilità in Siria.

Mikdad ha osservato che prima della crisi la Siria era un paese pioniere nella regione in termini di servizi sanitari di assistenza sociale cibo acqua pulita e tutto ciò che è legato alla vita del popolo siriano e che conserva la propria dignità.

Egli ha sottolineato che il problema primario che ostacola l’erogazione di aiuti in alcune province sono le azioni d’assalto ai convogli umanitari da parte dei gruppi terroristici dove molti di loro sono stati sequestrati dai terroristi e distribuiti tra i gruppi armati tutto ciò senza neanche suscitare una sola protesta o commento da coloro che pretendono di essere preoccupati per la consegna di aiuti umanitari a chi ne ha bisogno.

Mikdad ha detto che la mancanza di condanne o commenti sulla prevenzione dei terroristi di fornire aiuto ai cittadini mostra l’ipocrisia internazionale e la mancanza di obiettività nel trattare tali problemi in particolare quando si tratta di violazioni di gruppi armati nel campo del lavoro umanitario e i loro crimini contro i cittadini.

Mikdad ha detto che l’amministrazione degli Stati Uniti e di alcuni Paesi occidentali – tra cui la Francia che è diventata cieca e le cui azioni contraddicono i principi della Rivoluzione francese – stanno sostenendo i terroristi per uccidere i cittadini siriani sia dal ridurre alla fame che dal distruggere le strutture economiche siriane che la Siria ha costruito nel corso di generazioni.

Mikdad ha detto che ci sono leggi che regolano la fornitura degli aiuti umanitari delle Nazioni Unite in particolare in termini di rispetto della sovranità dei paesi e di lavorare con il loro governo nazionale per fornire aiuto affermando che il governo siriano si impegna a collaborare con tutte le organizzazioni all’interno di queste linee guida aggiungendo che la pressione politica non ha nessun effetto sulla Siria e non riuscirà a violare la sua sovranità.

Egli ha osservato che il Comitato Superiore per il conforto sta supervisionando la distribuzione degli aiuti e dei centri abitativi con l’aiuto della Mezzaluna Rossa Araba Siriana (SARC) affermando che il Comitato è aperto nel suo lavoro e discute tutte le questioni concernenti la fornitura di aiuti umanitari a tutte le parti che ne hanno bisogno.

[ Giornalista Dale Gavlak ] In un articolo del titolo “L’Arabia Saudita minaccia di terminare la Carriera del Reporter dell’AP per storia delle armi chimiche” il sito ha detto il 29 agosto Mint Press News ha pubblicato un articolo scritto in collaborazione di Gavlak che ha descritto dettagliatamente come i militanti del cosiddetto esercito siriano libero in Ghouta hanno ammesso al giornalista Yahya Ababneh che erano dietro l’incidente delle armi chimiche del 21 agosto per il quale gli Stati Uniti sono ricorsi per incolpare il governo siriano aggiungendo che i combattenti dell’opposizione hanno gestito male le armi chimiche a loro fornite dall’Arabia Saudita. “Anche se Gavlak non ha collaborato alla storia in qualità di corrispondente di AP secondo il direttore esecutivo del Mint Press News Mnar Muhawesh Gavlak avrebbe ricevuto entro 48 ore minacce di porre fine alla sua carriera se non si fosse disassociato dall’articolo” Secondo Gavlak le minacce provenivano da una terza parte che probabilmente agiva per conto del capo dell’intelligence saudita il principe Bandar bin Sultan. Bandar è stato nominato nell’articolo per aver ordinato il trasferimento di armi chimiche agli uomini armati in Ghouta. Gavlak ora è sospesa a tempo indeterminato dall’Associated Press senza alcuna spiegazione pubblica dall’agenzia di stampa. Sembra che le minacce saudite per terminare la sua carriera hanno funzionato. Secondo Muhawesh Gavlak ha confermato anche a diversi colleghi e funzionari governativi giordani che i sauditi sono i fornitori delle armi chimiche ai gruppi armati terroristici.

[ La decenne Yasmin Najdat Shahadeh ] In data 10/08/2013 telefonò a Bashar un uomo dalla Turchia di nome Sabah ed-Din Jamus per informarlo della presenza di una bambina di 10 anni non compiute all’ospedale di Arash Tarma nel villaggio di Yeldz (Antiochia) in Turchia.
Jamus gli chiese di cercare i famigliari della bambina fornendogli il nome completo (Yasmin Najdat Mehrez Shahhadeh) informandolo che la bambina era stata colpita da due pallottole in una gamba e all’addome e che la ferita era stata cucita con fili metallici per cui era necessario salvarla al massimo in due giorni aggiungendo che non c’era tempo da perdere altrimenti sarebbe stata trasferita nei campi profughi.
Bashar tramite altre persone riuscì a contattare il padre della bambina nel villaggio di Nbata nella provincia di Slenfeh il quale era annientato dal dolore convinto che sua figlia fosse morta dopo aver perso tutta la sua famiglia al punto che si rifiutò di andare in Turchia per timore di morire o di essere ucciso dai terroristi. Saputo che il padre non poteva mettersi in viaggio per raggiungere la figlia si provò un’altra strada. Si contattò il signor Rafiq Yelmaz membro del Parlamento turco tramite il signor Kheyrat ad-Din fratello di Sabah ed-Din Jamus. Yelmaz promise che in due giorni la bambina sarebbe stata fatta arrivare in Siria informando però Bashar che qualcuno voleva vendere gli organi della bambina all’ospedale menzionato. In data 14/08/2013 il signor Bashar ricevette una telefonata dal suo amico in Turchia il quale gli disse che giovedì alle 11 in punto la bambina sarebbe stata consegnata per cui si richiedeva la presenza di qualcuno al confine siriano-turco al punto di confine di Kasab. A quell’ora il signor Bashar insieme al padre della bambina si trovava esattamente al confine al punto indicato e lì dopo aver aspettato per cinque ore vedendo che la bambina non arrivava il signor Bashar telefonò agli amici per chiedere il motivo del ritardo. Questi gli dissero che uno dei membri del personale dell’ospedale citato aveva contattato il campo profughi per far venire una commissione del campo guidata da una persona dalla famiglia Baydaq (il sig. Bashar non ricordava il nome proprio) della città di Jisr Shaghour nella provincia di Idlib per chiedere che la bambina gli venisse consegnata sostenendo che era un loro diritto e che doveva essere riportata al campo. Senonché l’insistenza del membro del Parlamento e l’aiuto di un altro membro del Parlamento ha evitato che ciò accadesse. Alle ore 15.30 la bambina è stata finalmente consegnata in pessime condizioni fisiche e psicologiche. Un rapporto di quanto accaduto è stato redatto e archiviato presso il dipartimento passaporti e immigrazione siriano a Kasab mentre la bambina è stata affidata alle cure dell’ospedale nazionale di Lattakia dove si trova fino a data odierna.
Il significato di Yasmin in Arabo è Gelsomino il fiore simbolo della città antica di Damasco.

Ministro Informazione Abbiamo Le Prove Inconfutabili Che I Terroristi Hanno Usato Le Armi Chimiche. L’attacco Alla Siria Non Sara’ Una Passeggiata.

Il Ministro dell’Informazione Omran Al Zoabi ha nuovamente ribadito che la Siria non ha assolutamente ed in alcun modo utilizzato alcuna arma chimica sottolineando che “ci sono prove e informazioni sia a Ghouta che in altre località del fatto che non è stato il Governo ad utilizzarle bensì i gruppi terroristici armati” e ciò tramite immagini di satelliti artificiali di cui ha a suo tempo parlato la Russia oltre a fatti certi e reali evidenze sul campo riportate da persone che sono state colpite da questo tipo di attacco e di cui sono a tutti gli effetti testimoni.
Il Ministro in un’intervista rilasciata ieri al canale televisivo al Mayadeen ha affermato che “Sia noi che i nostri amici siamo in possesso di prove incontrovertibili ed inconfutabili circa il fatto che le bombe sono state lanciate da territori in cui si trovano i gruppi terroristici e sono cadute su questi stessi territori e sulla popolazione civile pertanto sono loro che si devono addossare la responsabilità di questo attacco dall’A alla Z con tutte le conseguenze e le ripercussioni che il caso richiede”.
Omran al-ZoubiAl Zoabi ha sottolineato che le Forze Armate siriane che stanno proseguendo le loro operazioni nella periferia di Damasco hanno sequestrato un deposito nel quartiere di Jobar in cui hanno rinvenuto numerosi contenitori imballati di grandi dimensioni che contenevano sostanze chimiche fabbricate in Arabia Saudita e in alcuni Paesi Europei. Queste sostanze sono un’ulteriore prova del fatto che i gruppi terroristici possiedono armi chimiche oltre al fatto che sono state rinvenuti anche farmaci in grado di bloccare gli effetti delle sostanze chimiche in caso vengano colpiti i terroristi e a strumenti necessari per fabbricare le sostanze chimiche; evidenziando che non è certamente la prima volta che le Forze dell’Esercito durante le loro operazioni scoprono depositi in cui vengono rinvenute sostanze chimiche fabbricate in laboratori sauditi turchi ed europei.
Al Zoabi ha inoltre aggiunto che “ se si sono utilizzate armi chimiche in alcune aree tra cui il quartiere di Jobar o in qualsiasi altra zona allora coloro che le hanno utilizzate sono membri dei gruppi terroristici armati e stranieri complici di questi gruppi che ne rappresentano le vere basi e la struttura fondamentale e che non si fanno alcuno scrupolo”.

Il Ministro dell’Informazione ha poi menzionato a titolo di esempio il quartiere di Khan al Asal dicendo che “ Chi utilizza le armi chimiche a Khan al Asal le può utilizzare anche a Ghouta e in qualsiasi altro posto” considerando che “l’utilizzo di armi chimiche è una prova dell’incapacità e della confusione dei gruppi terroristici e del tentativo di arrestare l’avanzata delle Forze dell’Esercito Arabo Siriano che li sta raggiungendo”.

LA SIRIA COLLABORA IN MODO SIGNIFICATIVO TRASPARENTE E DIRETTO CON LA COMMISSIONE D’INDAGINE DELLE NAZIONI UNITE
Al Zoabi ha spiegato che la Siria collabora in modo significativo trasparente e diretto con la Commissione d’inchiesta delle Nazioni Unite circa il possibile uso di armi chimiche ma non tollererà in alcun modo la presenza di commissioni d’indagine sotto qualsiasi pretesto circa qualsiasi questione. E’ questa la presa di posizione finale poiché per quanto riguarda la Commissione d’Inchiesta è palese che il suo lavoro è legato all’indagine di incidenti particolari e definiti come quello accaduto a Khan al Asal conformemente all’accordo tra la Siria e le Nazioni Unite e non ha nulla a che fare con inchieste in cui viene violata la sovranità nazionale.

Inoltre il Ministro ha sottolineato che i luoghi in cui la Commissione delle Nazioni Unite farà le sue indagini sono stati definiti dal Ministero degli Affari Esteri e la stessa Commissione d’Indagine e tra questi luoghi vi è Khan al Asal di cui tra l’altro la Siria aveva già chiesto alle Nazioni Unite l’avvio di un’indagine e di una missione internazionale a conoscenza delle autorità siriane che assicurerà la sicurezza e tutto quanto richiesto nei luoghi in cui non si trovano gruppi terroristici armati mentre nelle altre zone sono loro a curarsi delle loro vite della loro sicurezza ma questo è tutto un altro discorso.

Al Zoabi ha aggiunto che la decisione siriana è chiara e univoca per quanto concerne i gruppi terroristici armati che devono consegnare le loro armi e ritirarsi da quei luoghi in cui si è prospettato il possibile utilizzo di armi chimiche per poter consentire alla commissione internazionale di svolgere il suo incarico e per permettere alla Siria e alle sue istituzioni di compiere le necessarie verifiche e di ripristinare la sicurezza sul territorio ambientale sottolineando che coloro che dall’esterno hanno parlato in nome di gruppi terroristici devono chiedergli di ritirarsi dalle loro aree.

Al Zoabi ha affermato inoltre che “Quando il fatto è accaduto in una dichiarazione ufficiale avevo affermato che c’era il tentativo di sviare la Commissione d’Indagine dalla sua missione e dalle modalità del suo lavoro perché la Commissione sa in quali territori deve indagare e cercare prove in base a quanto concordato con il Governo Siriano e il Ministero degli Esteri” sottolineando che il tentativo di occuparla in altre questioni e di sabotarla è una prova evidente del fatto che sono infastiditi della risposta della Siria soprattutto per l’arrivo di questa squadra e per l’accordo raggiunto per avviare i lavori che faranno luce sull’incidente accaduto sin dal primo giorno di lavoro effettivo della Commissione.

Al Zoabi si è poi chiesto “Come mai gli Stati Uniti non si sono mossi quando è accaduto l’incidente a Khan al Asal e quando il Governo Siriano ha presentato una protesta ufficiale interpellando le Nazioni Unite e richiedendo una Commissione d’Indagine?” chiarendo che gli Stati Uniti quando hanno saputo che coloro che hanno compiuto il crimine di Khan al Asal sono i gruppi terroristici armati hanno tentato di procrastinare l’arrivo della commissione ostacolando il processo di accordo e cominciando a parlare di molte località e di condizioni e citando agenzie stampa che avevano parlato del consolidamento della flotta navale americana nel Mediterraneo. Gli Stati Uniti tradizionalmente possiedono una flotta navale nel Mediterraneo; ma se le dichiarazioni mediatiche giovano alla leadership americana per far sì che essa eserciti pressioni su Damasco per arrestare le sue operazioni militari contro i gruppi terroristici armati allora questa pressione non serve né aiuta ma è solo una perdita di tempo perché la lotta al terrorismo in Siria è una questione continua da cui la leadership siriana non può tornare indietro.

L’AGGRESSIONE ALLA SIRIA NON E’ UNA PASSEGGIATA

Al Zoabi ha ribadito che la situazione internazionale e regionale non consente un attacco militare americano contro la Siria confermando che l’aggressione contro la Siria non è una passeggiata per chiunque sia l’aggressore perché ci sono equilibri internazionali e regionali oltre che dati di fatto sul territorio”.
Al Zoabi ha sottolineato che se gli Americani legano i loro movimenti nella regione al discorso sul probabile utilizzo di armi chimiche e vengono con le loro navi e con le loro Forze armate allora questo legame è fragile e riflette la loro incapacità di comprendere la questione. Al Zoabi si è chiesto poi “Cosa accadrebbe allora se ci fossero prove- che ovviamente ci sono- del fatto che i gruppi terroristici armati sono coloro che hanno effettivamente utilizzato le armi chimiche? In questo caso gli USA colpirebbero i gruppi terroristici armati che hanno essi stessi appoggiato e armato con i loro alleati nella regione? La società civile allora prenderà una vera posizione o gli cercherà una scusa giustificando il loro utilizzo delle armi chimiche?”
Il Ministro Al Zoabi ha affermato che l’ipotesi dell’intervento militare esterno “è caduta” perché la Siria è e rimane uno Stato in piedi presente con le sue istituzioni con il suo esercito e la sua propria forza così come ha amici alleati e fratelli d’onore nella regione tra i popoli arabi aggiungendo che in caso di un qualsiasi intervento militare esterno americano ciò lascerà ripercussioni estremamente pericolose in primo luogo il caos e una massa di fuoco e fiamme bruceranno in tutto il Medio Oriente”.
L’utilizzo delle armi chimiche non rappresenta la linea rossa soltanto per gli Americani ma lo è anche per la Siria che considera qualsiasi arma di distruzione di massa tra cui le armi chimiche una linea rossa invalicabile e non consentirà che ciò accada ribadendo nuovamente che la Siria non ha utilizzato né mai utilizzerà armi chimiche se mai ne fosse in possesso.
Al Zoabi ha affermato che l’opposizione armata non è un’opposizione ma l’insieme di gruppi terroristici armati le cui fondamenta reali e basilari sono adesso fondamenta straniere tant’è che tra le sue fila sul territorio siriano si contano stranieri di 83 nazionalità che combattono in nome di al Qaeda e Jabhat an-Nusra oltre a una miriade di altri nomi raccolte e guidate da al Qaeda.

IL GOVERNO SIRIANO MARCIA SU DUE BINARI PARALLELI IL PRIMO È IL PERCORSO POLITICO E L’ALTRO È IL PROSEGUIMENTO NELLA LOTTA CONTRO IL TERRORISMO

Il Ministro dell’Informazione ha affermato che la Siria è ancora disposta a partecipare alla conferenza di Ginevra senza alcuna precondizione imposta da nessuno auspicando che questa conferenza rappresenti un percorso politico riguardo a ciò che sta accadendo in Siria e perché si eviti ciò che è accaduto sinora ossia il fatto che “ la palla non è nel campo del governo siriano ma nel campo di coloro che rifiutano il processo politico e sono alla ricerca di soluzioni imposte con l’uso della forza della minaccia di sanzioni economiche o altre opzioni. ” Zoabi ha sottolineato che il governo siriano marcia lungo due binari paralleli il primo è il percorso politico e l’altro è quello di continuare ad affrontare il terrorismo sottolineando che non rinuncerà a nessun percorso in alcun momento perché entrambi i percorsi sono una necessità nazionale regionale e internazionale indipendentemente dal fatto che la Conferenza di Ginevra si tenga oppure no.
