Vance is still of the belief that diplomacy will end this conflict. This has already been proven to be incorrect. Iran is in this war to win it, just as is Israel. Half-way measures will never succeed, under present circumstances, which are not likely to change. Either fight this war to WIN it, or you will be the loser.
