Il giudice Carro aveva precedentemente dato un lasciapassare a Mary Saunders, una donna che aveva preso parte all’omicidio di un veterinario di guerra afghano da parte della sua famiglia, e l’aveva lasciata andare con il tempo scontato, e ha concesso solo 15 anni a un uomo transgender che ha ucciso un postino in una gastronomia dopo aver affermato che l’uomo lo aveva interpretato male.

Carro ha giustificato la leggera condanna per l’assassino transgender che aveva precedenti reati perché “dimostrare l’intenzione di qualcuno di uccidere è sempre difficile”.

Generalmente pugnalare qualcuno al petto e al collo indica un “intento di uccidere”, ma non al giudice Carro. E uccidere un membro di un gruppo come parte di una causa politica è generalmente terrorismo.

Ma, ancora una volta, non al giudice Carro.

Non c’erano prove che Luigi Mangione avesse intenzione di “intimidire e costringere una popolazione civile” mentre uccideva un civile o che avesse “ avanzato richieste di governo o cercato un governo particolare cambiamento di politica, per non parlare del fatto che lo abbia fatto con intimidazioni o coercizioni, ha affermato falsamente il giudice Carro di” anche se al di fuori di una folla stava facendo proprio questo.

Luigi Mangione scrisse addirittura che lo scopo dell’omicidio era “win public support”.

“Non vi è alcuna indicazione nello statuto che un omicidio commesso per ragioni ideologiche (in questo caso, l’apparente desiderio dell’imputato di attirare l’attenzione su quelle che percepiva come disuguaglianze o avidità all’interno del sistema sanitario americano), rientra nella definizione di terrorismo, ha sostenuto il giudice”.

Se uccidere persone per ragioni ideologiche non è terrorismo, cosa lo è?

Il giudice ha respinto l’anarchismo rivoluzionario“ dichiarato da Luigi Mangione come prova insufficiente che intendeva ”influenzare la politica di un’unità di governo mediante intimidazione o coercizione“ e poi ha sostenuto che l’amministratore delegato Brian Thompson e i 400.000 dipendenti di United Healthcare non potevano “costituire una popolazione civile‘’.

Anche se il giudice Carro potrebbe non indossare un berretto verde ‘L’, la sua argomentazione è sospettosamente simile a quella più ruvida avanzata dalla mafia ‘Free Luigi’ all’esterno.

Piuttosto che seguire la legge, Carro scelse di leggere l’interpretazione più comprensiva negli scritti di Luigi.

“L’obiettivo apparente dell’imputato, come affermato nei suoi scritti, non era quello di minacciare, intimidire o costringere, ma piuttosto di attirare l’attenzione su quella che percepiva come l’avidità del settore assicurativo,” il giudicewheedled. “L’imputato ha sottolineato di voler diffondere un ‘message’ e un ‘win public support’ su ‘tutto.cosa non va nel nostro sistema sanitario.’”

E, cosa più significativa per il giudice, il terrorista non credeva di essere un terrorista.

Il giudice Carro sostiene che “l’imputato si è esplicitamente contrapposto a Ted Kaczynski, il ‘Unabomber,’ perché ha ‘indiscriminatamente inviato per posta bomb[ed] innocents,’ e ‘cross[ed] la riga … a terrorista, la cosa peggiore che una persona possa essere.’”

Il giudice ammette che la caratterizzazione della sua condotta da parte di un “imputato ovviamente non è dispositiva,” ma apparentemente sufficientemente dispositiva da ignorare il suo crimine reale, i suoi scritti sul crimine e sulla folla di sostenitori di sinistra all’esterno e ritirano le accuse di omicidio di primo grado.

On September 10, 2025, well-known American conservative activist and podcaster Charlie Kirk was murdered in cold blood by a targeted shot during an open debate with students at Utah Valley University in Orem, USA.

At the event (also attended by Kirk’s wife and two children, aged three and one), students and other attendees had the opportunity to ask him questions and engage in dialogue, a method he routinely used in American high schools and universities to foster dialogue.

When the bullet struck him from 130 meters away, Charlie Kirk was among the debate participants, who are divided as eyewitnesses to the scene. He was immediately taken to a clinic and died shortly thereafter.

The assassination of Charlie Kirk, an activist followed by millions in the United States, Italy, and many other countries, sparked worldwide shock.

Conservatives, pro-lifers, and Christians from every corner of the world were deeply shocked by the murder of someone who dedicated his life to teaching young people the value of open and peaceful dialogue on the most sensitive issues.

But at the same time, protests of jubilation, mockery, and derision immediately came from the progressive world, along with the targeted spread of lies about what Charlie Kirk stood for and defended.
