È poi vero che l’ordinanza – come hanno scritto in parecchi – considera indiscriminatamente illecito qualsiasi finanziamento a qualsiasi organizzazione caritativa e umanitaria operate a Gaza? No, anche questo è falso. Al contrario, infatti, il giudice spiega che a Gaza operano circa 300 organizzazioni di beneficenza, solo metà delle quali sono affiliate all’organizzazione terroristica che sarebbe stata finanziata dagli indagati: il che dimostra, sottolinea l’ordinanza, che “esistono alternative al sostegno delle società di Hamas”. Eppure, nonostante questa chiarissima precisazione, da parte delle curve tifose pro-Hamas si denuncia che la magistratura genovese vorrebbe incriminare indiscriminatamente chiunque operi “negli aiuti umanitari”. La linea garantista, tuttavia, non cancella il giudizio sull’inchiesta.
“Facciamo lavorare e ringraziamo i magistrati – afferma Delrio – ma mi pare che dalle indagini siano emersi elementi forti e gravi”.
Per l’ex ministro, il caso Hannoun rappresenta una conferma di un rischio già noto a livello internazionale:
“È la conferma che ci sono movimenti sotterranei da monitorare”.
Delrio ricorda come realtà analoghe, presentate con finalità umanitarie ma ritenute collegate a Hamas, siano già emerse negli Stati Uniti, in Gran Bretagna, Francia, Germania e Olanda.
Un quadro che, secondo l’esponente dem, impone maggiore attenzione anche in Italia.
Il monito al Pd e al campo pro Pal
Delrio entra poi nel merito delle implicazioni politiche:
“Non si deve sottovalutare il rischio di infiltrazioni all’interno del vasto movimento pro Pal”, sottolinea, precisando che la maggioranza dei partecipanti è animata da solidarietà genuina verso il popolo palestinese.
Ma il distinguo è netto: “Certi soggetti vanno allontanati, non devono trovare sponde a livello politico”.
E ancora: “Hamas è, per l’Europa, un’organizzazione terroristica. Serve una netta presa di distanze da parte di tutte le forze politiche, per isolare chi lo sostiene o lo giustifica”.
Nel finale, Delrio critica la deriva del dibattito pubblico: “La ricerca continua della polarizzazione non è un bene”. Secondo l’ex ministro, la solidarietà per Gaza è stata in alcuni casi piegata ad alimentare odio antisemita, “esattamente l’obiettivo di Hamas”.
