La notizia di oggi è il riconoscimento, da parte dela Commissione Medica Militare di Bari, del nesso di causa tra una trombosi cerebrale dei seni cavernosi e la somministrazione del Comirnaty di Pfizer che ha reso un giovane militare di professione completamente cieco.

I fatti
A seguito dell’entrata in vigore dell’obbligo vaccinale anti-covid, un giovane militare di carriera, all’epoca 24enne – e che fino ad allora non aveva mai fatto un solo giorno di malattia – si sottopone al cd vaccino. Quello che gli viene somministrato è il Comirnaty di Pfizer.

Dopo la prima dose accusa un problema neurologico, ma l’ospedale a cui il giovane militare si rivolge ritiene che le vertigini siano causate da un’artrosi cervicale.

Per tener fede al calendario imposto dalle ‘autorità sanitarie’, il giovane si reca all’hub vaccinale per la seconda dose, sempre il Comirnaty di Pfizer, che si rivelerà quasi fatale.

Poche ore dopo l’inoculazione di questa seconda dose, il ragazzo accusa vertigini, sudorazione insolita, nausea, difficoltà alla vista. Viene ricoverato immediatamente con diagnosi di “trombosi venosa cerebrale a livello del seno sigmoideo e vena giugulare interna dx e positività ab anti PF4, complicata da ipertensione endocranica – neuropatia ottica bilaterale secondaria a papilledema”.

Passano i mesi, le terapie ospedaliere riescono a salvargli la vita, ma per il giovane non v’è nessuna possibilità di rientrare in servizio: è diventato cieco.

Riformato perché non più idoneo al servizio, il giovane militare si rivolge all’INPS per vedersi riconoscere l’invalidità, ma la commissione gli riconosce solo una percentuale del 75%.

Gravemente danneggiato dal cd vaccino, obbligatorio per la professione svolta, ed abbandonato dalle presunte Istituzioni, è costretto ad adire le vie legali. Dal rappresentare lo Stato, a combattere legalmente lo Stato.

Assistito dall’Avv. Gianluca Ottaviano del foro di Foggia, da anni con studio anche a Rimini, l’ex militare presenta denuncia di effetto avverso al Servizio di Farmacovigilanza. Impugna poi il verbale INPS e presenta istanza di indennizzo ex lege 210/92.

Il Tribunale competente, nominato un CTU, riconosce non solo come il giovane sia invalido al 100%, ma anche il particolare suo stato di bisogno poiché, cieco e con problemi di equilibrio, non è più idoneo a compiere gli atti propri della vita quotidiana. Gli viene anche riconosciuto il diritto a percepire l’indennità di accompagnamento.

Gli anni passano, ulteriori trombosi colpiscono il giovane che, pur soffrendo di sindrome depressiva e di ipertensione trattata con derivazione cranio-peritonale, non si arrende.

Dal 2022, momento in cui viene inoltrata la domanda, la ASL territorialmente competente ha ricevuto il rapporto medico della Commissione Medica Militare, incaricata dello studio del caso, soltanto pochi giorni fa. Dopo circa 3 anni e mezzo, è stato riconosciuto il nesso causale tra la somministrazione del cd vaccino anticovid ed il gravissimo danno subito.

La Commissione Medica Militare, all’unanimità, afferma che risulta idoneamente documentato che la somministrazione vaccinale abbia avuto un ruolo, quantomeno concausale preponderante, nel determinismo dell’infermità… potendosi quindi soddisfare sia i classici criteri medico-legali nel nesso causale in argomento, sia i criteri del “più probabile che non” e della “probabilità prevalente”.

Il destino infausto non scoraggia il nostro militare che, oltre ad essere cieco, è costretto a letto per la maggioranza del tempo per gravi problemi di equilibrio. La sua vita è infaustamente compromessa. Ma il giovane grida giustizia e, con il suo avvocato di fiducia il dott. Gianluca Ottaviano, valuta di adire nuovamente al Giudice al fine di ottenere il giusto risarcimento per il danno patito che, spera, possa andare a sommarsi all’indennizzo appena riconosciutogli.

È di oggi l’ordinanza del Tribunale dei Minori dell’Aquila con cui si richiede una perizia psichiatrica per i coniugi Trevallion, la cosiddetta “Famiglia del Bosco”.

La macchina del fango e della demonizzazione per spaccare la famiglia e ciò che rappresenta non conosce limiti: sottoporre i genitori a una perizia psichiatrica è l’ennesima umiliazione gratuita, l’ennesima compressione del diritto delle mamme e dei papà di educare i propri figli. Quando si fanno scelte di vita diverse dal “conforme”, la risposta è “patologizzare” chi non si allinea. Altro che rispetto delle libertà individuali: vale solo quando conviene, solo quando è politicamente corretto.

Poi se il prezzo più alto lo pagano i minori, in questo caso non è così importante.

E mentre tutti parlano e qualcuno specula, questa famiglia resta spezzata anche per le feste: i bambini in casa famiglia, la madre con loro solo per i pasti, il padre forse ammesso in struttura solo un paio d’ore il giorno di Natale.

Tutto questo è assurdo e indegno. Per questo diventa ancora più urgente l’appello che abbiamo lanciato – insieme a oltre 50.000 firmatari – al Ministro Carlo Nordio, affinché velocizzi la verifica della procedura giudiziaria e si arrivi presto a riunire finalmente questa famiglia, sempre più devastata.
