Sono d’accordo che è una pratica di origine pagana, sono d’accordo che può condurre a pratiche occulte, ma il tipo di yoga praticato descritto nel post non è quello tradizionale. Tutte le pratiche ascetiche sono come un’arma a doppio taglio, possono risultare dannose a tutti i livelli, e ciò vale anche per le pratiche cristiane. Come in ogni percorso è bene essere cauti e prudenti, c’è sempre il pericolo di cadere in un fosso, di essere presi da Briganti, colpiti da terribili ed incontrollabili tempeste. Una cosa so. Gesù non ha mai insegnato lo Yoga e le uniche pratiche da fare sono: Amare Dio ed il prossimo, pertanto agire di conseguenza, nonché preghiera e digiuno, ovviamente seguire sempre la Sua parola. Qualsiasi altra pratica dipende poi dalla cultura, i luoghi ecc. Ad esempio i medici indiani ove occorra consigliano alcune posizioni Yoga, così come fanno i nostri medici quando ci fanno fare certi esercizi riabilitativi. Mai dimenticare che Gesù è la Via, la Verità e la Vita. Quando ci imbattiamo in pratiche che ci affascinano, chiediamoci: Questa pratica l’insegnata Gesù?
