Era possibile ipotizzare che si stesse per preparare il terreno per una fuga. Adesso in questa fase mi sembra fantascienza. — Quindi il retroscena politico della vicenda di Bilal, accusato di aver portato in Italia grandi somme di denaro per preparare poi la fuga del padre è poco convincente? In Danimarca, dove secondo la polizia nel 2015 sono finiti nel nulla 43.818 documenti d’identità, non vi è alcun limite sul numero di volte che una persona può cambiare il documento d’identità. Nonostante 61.399 documenti siano stati ritrovati in seguito, queste cifre rendono l’idea di come il titolo d’identità danese sia un prodotto ricercato nel mercato nero. In Europa le statistiche mostrano che anno dopo anno si perdono sempre più documenti. Negli ultimi 5 anni il numero delle denunce per la perdita di passaporti o di altri documenti di identità è raddoppiato.
