Boom di migranti contagiati e il governo li sparpaglia in tutta Italia: qual è il piano?

 

Un caso emblematico è arrivato questa settimana da Potenza: qui sono stati portati 26 bengalesi sbarcati qualche giorno prima a Lampedusa che, dopo alcuni controlli, sono risultati positivi al coronavirus. Persone quindi contagiate, le quali sono riuscite ad uscire senza problemi dall’isola in cui erano sbarcati e ad attraversare il meridione fino a giungere in un centro di accoglienza del capoluogo lucano.

“Non accada più – ha tuonato sull’Huffington post il sindaco Mario Guarente – sono arrivati da Lampedusa con certificati che dicevano che erano negativi, questo è un fatto gravissimo, che ha messo a repentaglio la salute degli operatori delle cooperative e della comunità e che non deve ripetersi”.
Una rabbia, quella del primo cittadino di Potenza, condivisa con il suo collega di Brindisi: qui almeno 30 tunisini degli 80 giunti da Lampedusa sono scappati mentre erano in quarantena in una struttura poco lontana dal centro. Ed il sindaco Riccardo Rossi ha chiesto all’esecutivo provvedimenti urgenti: “Abbiamo chiesto al Governo – si legge in una sua recente dichiarazione – che questo sia l’ultimo arrivo perché quella struttura, che fino a qualche giorno prima che ci inviassero i migranti da tenere in quarantena era un Cara, non è adeguata né dal punto di vista logistico né del personale a gestire una situazione come questa, prettamente sanitaria”.
Guarente e Rossi politicamente parlando sono in apparenza agli antipodi: leghista il primo, rappresentante di una coalizione di centro – sinistra il secondo. Eppure hanno lanciato medesimi appelli ed hanno messo in evidenza la stessa rabbia, che è poi quella dei cittadini. In tanti, dalla Sicilia alla Calabria, così come in Campania, nelle ultime settimane hanno manifestato contro l’apertura di centri di accoglienza, da dove spesso si è riusciti a fuggire, in cui sono stati aggrediti poliziotti, come ad esempio accaduto al Villa Sikania di Siculiana, e dove le condizioni non sembrerebbe garantire il distanziamento sociale richiesto invece a tutto il Paese.

Fughe dalle strutture di accoglienza sono state registrate in provincia di Pesaro, così come in Umbria, situazioni critiche riscontrate anche all’interno dell’hotspot di Taranto. I migranti stanno continuando ad arrivare, il numero di coloro che vengono trovati positivi è cresciuto nelle ultime settimane e, contestualmente, la macchina dell’accoglienza non sembra reggere l’onda d’urto di due crisi contemporanee, quella sanitaria appunto e quella migratoria.
E adesso? Forse, in vista dei mesi tradizionalmente più delicati sul fronte degli sbarchi, potrebbe essere troppo tardi: prefetture, enti e forze dell’ordine dovranno fronteggiare numeri che aumentano con lo stesso ritmo dell’insofferenza di sindaci e cittadini. Con la prospettiva che, viste anche le condizioni delle curve dei contagi in alcuni dei Paesi da cui si parte maggiormente verso l’Italia, a partire da Libia e Bangladesh, sempre più migranti contagiati potrebbero arrivare lungo le nostre coste.

La realtà è che il governo non subisce l’invasione, la gestisce proprio in funzione di un’epidemia che sembra volere provocare e diffondere per avere, così, la scusa per prolungare lo stato di emergenza. Ed evitare le elezioni regionali di settembre, da rinviare sine die.
Qui parliamo, come accusa il sindaco di Potenza, di falsi certificati di negatività. Falsi perché non fanno tamponi a Lampedusa, ma solo sierologici che, come sa benissimo il governo, non hanno alcuna validità: quindi, siamo in presenza di un governo che sparpaglia scientemente individui infetti in tutto il Paese non facendo test seri proprio per non individuare i positivi.
E’ vergognoso ma non sorprendente che nessun magistrato metta sotto accusa chi ha gestito e sta gestendo questo trasferimento di massa mettendo a rischio la salute pubblica.
