Oppure una bistecca che arriva da macelli clandestini senza alcun controllo sanitario sia sulla carne che sui locali nei quali viene sezionata e tantomeno sulle procedure igieniche usate dai ‘macellai’ per il lavoro.
Sui contorni la ‘tavola del crimine’ propone tartine di tartufi cinesi spacciati per italiani visto che il ‘Tuber indicum’ è simile del tartufo nero nostrano. Al quale assomiglia nell’aspetto senza però possederne le straordinarie qualità organolettiche e funghi porcini secchi romeni serviti come italiani. Il tutto innaffiato da vino scadente adulterato con lo zucchero, la cui aggiunta è vietata in Italia. Per condimento si rischia di imbattersi, soprattutto tra i low cost, nella frode dell’olio di semi colorato alla clorofilla al posto dell’extravergine.
La truffa e l’imitazione del made in Italy
Un pericolo presente anche al ristorante dove ancora vengono portate in tavola vecchie oliere e bottiglie senza il tappo anti rabbocco. Che – spiega la Coldiretti – sono vietati da anni. Il rischio della truffa riguarda anche le formaggere dove al posto di parmigiano reggiano o grana padano dop vengono spesso spacciate imitazioni di infima qualità.
Ad accompagnare i piatti illegali c’è poi il pane cotto in forni clandestini. Dove si usano scarti di legna e mobili laccati contaminati da vernici e sostanze chimiche. Tra i dolci le preoccupazioni riguardano ad esempio i biscotti con il miele ‘tagliato’ con sciroppo di riso, mais o zucchero. Per gonfiarne il volume con sottoprodotti che costano un decimo del vero miele.
Si alimenta il circolo vizioso del commercio illegale
C’è anche il rischio di portare a tavola inconsapevolmente i frutti dello sfruttamento come le nocciole turche o le banane dell’Ecuador prodotte dal lavoro minorile come denunciato dal ministero del Lavoro degli Stati Uniti d’America. E infine, se si vuole regalare un fiore – conclude Coldiretti – c’è sempre in agguato il circuito della vendita illegale delle rose che sfrutta manodopera straniera in generale bengalese che fa il giro di ristoranti e pizzerie per ore e ore con mazzi di fiori da vendere alle coppiette a cena.
Garantire qualità e legalità ai consumatori
“È necessario controllare affinché tutti i prodotti che arrivano sulle tavole degli italiani, provenienti dall’interno o dall’estero dei confini nazionali rispettino gli stessi criteri. Garantendo che dietro gli alimenti in vendita sugli scaffali o serviti al ristorante, ci sia un percorso di qualità e legalità che riguarda l’ambiente, il lavoro e la salute”. Lo afferma il presidente della Coldiretti Ettore Prandini nel sottolineare che occorre vigilare sui cibi low cost dietro i quali spesso si nascondono ricette modificate, l’uso di ingredienti di minore qualità o metodi di produzione alternativi se non l’illegalità o lo sfruttamento.gnerà in appello la sentenza di condanna.
I giudici hanno respinto la richiesta per motivi formali e sostanziali. C’è un difetto di notifica alle parti offese ed è stata confermata la pericolosità del giovane.
