PAKISTAN: il dramma delle conversioni forzate [tutti gli amici di

lesbiche, chiamata “Kontra”, ha presentato una denuncia per una presunta
violazione della cosiddetta “Legge contro la discriminazione”.
L’imputata si chiama Jelena Mudrovcic, insegnante di catechismo
cattolico presso la scuola elementare “Bartol Kaši?” di Zagabria (va
ricordato che in Croazia la materia di insegnamento religioso, curata e
organizzata dalle varie confessioni religiose, si chiama appunto
“Catechismo”, e per i cattolici la mancata frequenza di tali lezioni
determina automaticamente l’esclusione dai sacramenti dell’iniziazione
cristiana).

situazione è assai delicata, in quando le associazioni omosessuali in
Croazia, seppur rappresentanti di una tendenza fortemente minoritaria,
sono molto rumorose nella difesa dei loro “diritti”, e a quanto pare, ci
riescono molto bene. Su loro iniziativa il Parlamento croato ha
approvato questa legge, nella quale tra l’altro è presente, al posto del
principio giuridico che l’imputato è innocente fino a prova contraria,
l’affermazione che esso deve dimostrare la propria innocenza, così che
il peso della dimostrazione della prova non ricade sull’accusa, ma sulla
difesa. Assurda è la situazione che l’insegnante debba dimostrare la
propria innocenza di fronte ad accuse: avanzate da un testimone non
presente in aula: al momento del fatto che le viene contestato, e ancor
di più che l’associazione di lesbiche abbia diritto ad addurre la

si contano 35 casi di genitori condannati per la stessa ragione. Negli

condannata a 43 giorni di prigione per aver rifiutato di far assistere i
propri figli alla lezione di educazione sessuale nella scuola primaria.

tale incredibile questione, già giunta al Tribunale Europeo dei Diritti

democratica Germania, dove chi disobbedisce ai diktat scolastici finisce
in galera. Si tratta del recente caso di una mamma di dodici figli
trascinata in carcere nientemeno che per sei settimane per essersi
rifiutata di sottoporre tre dei suoi piccoli alle lezioni di educazione
sessuale volute dall’ordinamento scolastico di Stato. E non è la prima
volta. Nel settembre 2010 una mamma di quattro figli si è fatta cinque
giorni di prigione e nell’agosto precedente un papà di 12 figli ne ha
scontati 40 per gli stessi motivi. Identica sorte incombe peraltro ora
sul capo di un’altra mamma (di nove bimbi, il maggiore di 14 anni e il
più piccolo di 10 mesi) che potrebbe farsi 21 giorni di galera, come già
il marito.

cresce di anno in anno. I casi di morte procurata sono infatti aumentati
da: 2500 nel 2009 a 2700 nel 2010, ma c’è una novità relativa al tipo
di eutanasia praticata. Infatti lo scorso anno 21 persone affette dai
sintomi iniziali di patologie legate alla demenza sono stati

salute. Li chiamano “omidici pietosi”. In Olanda l’eutanasia è legale

l’accusa di aver offeso il Profeta — che a differenza dello stupro
non richiede troppe prove — costituisce un valido motivo per tacere.

del minore alle due donne lesbiche.
